Comfortable Family Getaway!

Discover the perfect retreat for families and groups at The Comfortable Family Getaway. This spacious home features five Brand-new queen-sized bedrooms ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest. With two full bathrooms getting ready in the morning is a breeze!
Gather in one of the two living rooms both equipped with TV's, perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day of adventure. The fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials, making meal prep and dinning effortless.

Check in
Check in is at 3PM you have been given a code to the front door.

Wi-Fi
To connect to the internet choose network- 217Desment.
Password is-JjrCapitol

Pets
No more than two pets. There is a dog run located in the backyard. Please pick up after your pets bags and a scooper will be provided. Put any used bags in the black garbage bin outside. There are two sets of keys to enter the backyard in the kitchen cabinet closest to the side door.

Front Door
You have been given a 4 digit door code to enter the front door. The lock automatically locks 30 seconds after being opened . Please keep side door locked . If the front door is not unlocking please contact Joseph.

Cleaner
Please pick up after yourself before leaving to help the cleaners.

Trash
When inside trash is full, use the black garbage bin, blue recycle bin outside. I put the trash out in the street on days of pick up.

Outside Grill
To use the grill turn the propane tank on. Turn each knob all the way to the left and push handle in to ignite. After use please turn off propane tank.


Heating and Cooling
Please keep heater off in the summer unless needed. There is a ac unit in the front window feel free to adjust to your liking.

Tv
There is one tv upstairs and one tv downstairs they are both smart tv’s if you use the streaming services try to remember to log out of your account.

Dishwasher
If there are any used dishes please put them in the dishwasher before you check out to help out the cleaners. There is dishwashing soap located underneath the kitchen sink.

Laundry room
The laundry room is located downstairs. Laundry detergent will be provided.

Bathroom
Please bring your own shampoo,conditioner,body wash, etc. It will not be provided. There is a First-aid kit located underneath the bathroom sink.

Bedrooms
No food or drinks please in bedrooms.
No smoking inside the house please.

Security cameras
There are two external security cameras. One is camera is located above the front door with flood lights. The second camera is located above the side door with flood light. The lights at night are motion detected and will only turn on if a motion is detected. I will not invade your privacy and check them during or after your stay
.They are used for security purposes only.

Check out
When you check out if you could put any used towels in the upstairs bathroom tub for the cleaner.
