Very happy with all aspects of the property: amenities, comfort of beds, great location, quiet neighborhood, and most appreciated were the private bathrooms in every bedroom (a rarity), which allowed everyone in our group their privacy.

House was perfect walking distance to the Palladium wedding venue we attended and the Soulard market area. Comfy beds and extra rollaway beds in closets that we didn’t need but might as family continues to grow. Owner allowed early check in and slightly later check out. Would definitely stay here if we need a downtown St Louis location in future.

Great place, great location

Great place to stay! We stayed for a wedding in Soulard and Gary was so easy to book with and quick to respond. Townhouse was cozy, beds were comfortable!! Everyone enjoyed their stay. Highly recommend!!

Perfect stay

This property was perfect for our family trip. Close to Busch Stadium. Walgreens near by was convenient. Home was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Everything you need is there plus littleExtra touches. Was worth every penny.

Great house, unfortunately, the government shutdown impacted some of our itinerary, but we had a good trip. We really only spent mornings and nights at the house, but had no issues. The house was clean, had enough bedrooms and had hot water for a family of 5. I heard we left the place in much better shape than normal tenants. Come on, people, clean up after yourselves.

We needed 4 bedrooms and were very pleased to see that there were also 3 1/2 baths. The location was great for us being near Busch stadium. My granddaughters loved the finished basement, well they are teenage girls and enjoyed their privacy. The Walgreens across the street was pretty handy also. Clean, great WiFi, older area but felt very safe and comfortable. I’ll be back .

This house was perfect for our trip. Extremely clean and cozy! The accommodations with the beds were perfect for our group. Also the area was very nice and quiet. You’re also right by Walgreens if you need to run and get something. The host was quick to respond but they made check in and check out process extremely easy. Recommend this place 100%.

Soulard House

Visited St. Louis for the Gateway dirt nationals with three friends. Great location for hanging out in the Soulard area bars and close to the Dome, Gateway Arch and Budweiser. The property was very clean, had four roomy bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, lots of tv's and a nice kitchen. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting St. Louis.
