Would have been nice to have a cart available for loading and unloading our car. We had to haul our belongings making multiple trips from the parking lot which was a distance away from our room. We also had to go up a flight of stairs to get to our room, no elevator. Also would have liked a laundry unit inside our apartment setting. Very few towels and zero washcloths which we had to reuse over and over because laundry facility was in another building but not in our unit, very inconvenient. I also would have loved to have a tv in the bedroom.
