This house is right on Lake Lewisville. It is wonderful right now with normal levels. Great for swimming, boating, campfires in the back yard, or just relaxing!

Vacation or temporary housing that is relaxing at its best. Fish or swim right out the back door. Great for a couple or a small family.

This house is perfect for the corporate renter who doesn't want to stay in the City during their stay, but needs to be 5 minutes to Frisco and the North Texas Tollway. Small families in transition or wanting just a few days to a week getaway from city, but still be close to the city.

The area of the lake behind the house is great for swimming, boating, fishing or just sitting back and relaxing while enjoying your favorite beverage. The sunsets from the back deck are amazing.

The house features windows all across the back of the house which give you a full 270 degree view of the sunsets over the water and walk to the lake.

Beautiful spring and summer sunsets from the deck, screened porch, living room and kitchen. Deck overlooks lake, burn pit and picnic area where you can cook hot dogs and smores over an open burn pit. Enjoy beautiful days and evenings with family and friends.

Please do not expect a luxurious stay, as the cabin is an older structure and somewhat rustic. Our happiest guests have been those who value comfort with a prime location on beautiful waterfront rich with nature and appreciation for outdoors, yet right down the street from major city. They also have been grateful that we live down the street, and try to be helpful, caring for the experience our guests have.

We are located 7 minutes from the Pizza Hut Park on the Frisco side of Lake Lewisville. It can't be beat! A perfect place to stay when visiting the area for a vacation or wanting a staycation. The house has 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.


No dates are reserved without a signed rental agreement and security deposit.

Bison Football Championship Weekend

This property was exactly what we were looking for, the cozy cabin was beautifully decorated and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed!We enjoyed the beautiful lake views from the deck and our dog had a great time running on the beach.We will certainly stay here again when the Bison come back to Frisco for their next National Championship!

We had a great time. Every morning we sat on the patio looking at the lake it's just beautiful!. Jerry was a great host and very accommodating and the maintenance man Jaime came in minutes bringing propane for the bbq when it ran out. We will definitely be back!

This is a property for those that appreciate the simple things in life. This property is not fancy. Instead it is old and well maintained. We LOVED sitting on the deck each day!! The view of the lake and the access to it is incredible!! The hosts were very accommodating. They were a text message away and were in the same neighborhood so it made it easy for us to use their kayaks.

Nice neighborhood and house

Overall, the house was great and served it's purpose. The bed was comfortable and they have a ton of extra pillows. We did notice an odor when we first got there, but that was likely due to the air being still inside. Once we got the fans and such going, it faded. There isn't central heating and cooling, but they have gas/electric heating options as well as wall units for cooling and both worked very well. They had supplies for pets which was very useful.

Great hosts and amazing views

Me, my husband, kid, and 3 dogs stayed here and really enjoyed it. We fished every morning, enjoyed our coffee on their nice covered patio and then relaxed inside in the AC. The home is so cozy and plenty of space for us. Mr & Mrs Fuller we’re so nice and accommodating with our requests. They provided a list of things to do near by and what restaurants to visit. The house is kept really clean and smelled fresh. They offered water toy rentals too! We took walks around the neighborhood every night and everyone is friendly and seems to know everyone! We felt very safe and will certainly come back to visit!

Lovely Lake House

My friend and I had such a great time at this lake house. We spent every morning writing/working on the back porch while watching all sorts of birds, turtles, bunnies, people, and even the neighborhood dogs enjoy the lake and the lakeside. A nice breeze kept us cool and kept the bugs away. We also spread out our yoga mats and enjoyed some meditative yoga sessions. We spent every evening watching the sunset across the lake. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. They also let us borrow their kayaks and life jackets for our little adventure paddling around, across the lake, and back. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It’s a short drive to some delicious restaurants. NOTE: It is a lake house, so bring your insect repellant. Plenty of mosquitos and biting midges/no-see-ums.

Beautiful and Serene Setting

The property is a sweet cottage by the lake. The ducks on the yard and lakeshore are fun to watch. If you're looking for a tranquil spot, this is great. If you're looking to in the lake, you might want a different location. Two bedrooms had comfortable beds, pillows, and bedding. Lots of storage around the unit. The couch was super comfy. No TV in the bedroom. The unit was clean with the exception of moldy coffee grounds still in the the coffee maker filter upon arrival and bathroom plunger and toilet brushes both in need of replacement and more thoughtful storage out of sight. 😝 We were told we had free access to the two story dock on the water, which appeared lovely from a distance, but up close was covered in duck doo and completely unappealing for that reason. The lake shore and bottom at the unit are mud. We did not see anyone enter the water by us during our two week stay, but we did find a lovely public beach with wonderful sandy shore and bottom and so wen there for lake access. Owner checked in with us after arrival. When we ran out of drinking water, owner told us three time he would bring it, but followed up three times by saying he'd forgotten. 😘 When there was bad weather during our stay, the owner texted to offer access to their basement in case of a tornado warning. We appreciated that. 🙂

Beautiful View

The property isn’t in the grandest of neighborhoods, but for the lake life experience it can be great. The surrounding area is a good part of town. Kroger is the big grocery chain in the area. They have Kroger and Starbucks about 5minutes away. I would say the ‘bank area’ nearest to the house is shallow enough to use for kayaking and jet skiing. I don’t personally recommend it for fishing as it is shallow in certain areas- which you don’t know about until well into your fishing time. The home was well stocked with everything you may need. The coffee pot is not a single pod use coffee maker. There is lots of dishes, wine glasses, glassware, silverware, and pots/pans. We did grill and use the fire pit. There was wood on site. The laundry works well. The dryer does require smaller loads. The water pressure and hot water temperature are both good. My suggestion, bring your own bed-pillows. The pullout sleeping situation is decent and there were sheets, 3 small pillows, and 3 blankets. The AC units worked fine. We only had 2 running and had no problems with the cooling of the house. The TV - uses Roku. We have subscriptions to streaming television services, but could not use them as they require Roku’s Password. The movies were older, but free. There were no local channels- weather, sports, and news you will have to use your phone or laptop. Lastly the WiFi can only tolerate one major pull on it at a time. So if you have a family which streams, works, etc... all at once you will only have one with the full use of their device. On the other hand, it’s a good way to tell the kids to get out of the house. We didn’t have negative interactions with the owners. The exchange prior to us arriving was informative. He did stop by the day we arrived. We enjoyed our stay. Would do it again.

Amazing relaxing weekend getaway

We booked this trip for a long weekend to be able to get away and just relax. This place did not disappoint and we are now convinced that we want to buy a lake house upon retirement. The location on the lake is incredible!! The home is super cute and had everything we needed. During our stay we enjoyed grilling on the back porch while watching the ducks and rabbits in the yard. The sunsets over the lake are truly breathtaking! We visited the Little Elm swim area and had a great time. It’s a short drive for a great day at the beach. The owners are very nice and gave us lots of local info. We would highly recommend this place and would love to come back in the future!
