Cozy and Clean Apartment

Nice family neighborhood, great park within walking distance. The host is very responsive and available. The apartment is in a good location close to shopping and resturants. It was very nice to have a garage for our car.

Absolutely beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The property was so nice, no detail was overlooked. It was fresh, clean and so pretty. The shower was amazing, the kitchen was so nice and cold soda in the refrigerator. I loved this place and hope to stay here again. Also very nice to have a garage.

The location was perfect for us because of what we were doing while in the area. Easy to find and easy to get in and out of the garage. Nicely furnished with most things in the kitchen, although it would be helpful to have a few other glasses. The bedroom was great, with a closet to put our clothes in. The shower was very nice, the toilet was deluxe, but it was annoying when it flushed. Thanks.

Nice spot in the perfect spot in lehi

Was super clean super easy check in and out. Complementary waters and soda s for the kids great view on the balcony. Only reason I didn’t give it five stars was the unit next to us had a tv on all night and it was loud made it hard to sleep.

The property was well maintained. Clear communication was provided for the entire exchange. All amenity information was presented upon arrival. Apartment was clean and exactly as described/pictured. Host provided complimentary beverages. The location was not far from the interstate and located close to cute parks and Lehi Roller Mills. Our stay was short but this place more than satisfied our needs for this trip.

The host was terrific. His replies were almost immediate, and he checked in via email after I had checked in to see if I needed anything. This unit has fantastic amenities. The garage is oversized for extra storage, and has an 8’ door that will accommodate any stock truck. The unit itself is great. The bed is unbelievably comfortable, the shower is spa-like, the toilet has a nice bidet, and the kitchen has every necessary appliance. I was super comfortable during my stay.

Great for cyclists!

This property was perfect for us - two mountain bikers with bikes on rear rack on our minivan! We could pull right into the garage and shut the door without having to take our bikes off the rack! Super convenient and very secure! Quality bed (not too soft or firm) and quality bedding made for a great night sleep. We'll be back!

Great place to stay!

The place is exactly as pictured and a great space for a small family. Plenty of sleeping and moving space. They even had a teenage loft area that was a nice surprise. My kids had a blast up there!Great location for many ammenities. Dominoes and other food nrarby. Close to a park. Utah lake within 20-30 min driving distance... check out the marina and hot springs. Great mountain views!The place was clean. The management was friendly and easily accessible. He was a "yes" man and always had an answer that worked for everyone. Super friendly. We would stay here again!

the host was very attentive and quick to answer questions. place was very nice inside and the host even left some refreshments for us to enjoy. the only couple of things I was not too happy was that the outside picture and description is not of the unit. next door neighbors were also loud every morning and parking their vehicles on our side of the unit at times there were 3 cars

Well appointed, centrally located home base for Utah activities!

Came to Lehi for a wedding that was several days long and spanned from Salt Lake City to Payson area, and this was a great location!! American Fork is just on the other side of the freeway, Thanksgiving Point is a few miles away, and the highway is so close! The above garage apartment has access to its own garage for convenience, which was awesome! There is a large, beautiful park just a few houses down, which was perfect for morning and evening walks with the pup! Complimentary beverages were a generous touch! The unit is clean, comfortable, and actually feels a bit more spacious than the pictures represent! The lower staircase is a bit dark at night, but we had zero concerns about safety. I walked late at night and early morning with no concerns. The unit is in an older part of Lehi, but all of the neighbors were very kind and friendly.

I booked this for my parents who sent me a list of things they were unhappy about during their stay. -stains on linens/ wet linens -electric not up to code (exposed wires/outlets)-“teen loft” had crumbs and trash from previous guest -dish washer not working. All dishes dirty and in dish washer upon arrival -car port not garage- not secure -loud neighbors -pictures listed are of a different unit -broken blinds -overall messy My parents want their money back !!

This neighborhood is very quiet and clean. It is located in the city center and and about 1.5 miles away from the I-15 Freeway. It is 1/2 a block away from the city park and 1/2 a mile from city center and also few minutes drive to Thanksgiving Point, Silicon Slopes , the outlet mall and many restaurants and a shopping center.

What makes this property unique

My property is very unique, it is a private guest full modern apartment which has everything to make a guest feel at home.It has its own 1-car garage.
It has a beautiful bedroom, a loft which we called teenagers square which has a mattress , TV, and a Video game. a full kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, It is fully furnished with a leather couch and 3-Televisions. It has a central air and heat and a High speed internet
It has a very beautiful bathroom with a rain shower and 3 other shower heads.
It also has a beautiful outdoor porch living space.
The set up is very unique.
