Please keep in mind no AC in this property just Heating and one table top fan in one room when we got there. There were window AC units but put away in a closet. For people like us who aren’t used to the heat and humidity of NE towns it was brutal not having AC , we communicated this to our host who was understanding when we said we had to check out early and only stayed one night due to the heat in the home even with windows opened at night . Over all the place is comfortable and had enough space for a family but there were also some issues with the water filter and ice maker on the fridge which were not working , no dish washing sponge , paper towels . Access code was not activated when we got there so we had to call and have that activated . street parking was ok . Add AC in the home and it will be a perfect stay for guest to enjoy the home . I have added a few images of things that need attention in the home like the front door and window shades in one room .

Wow. Gorgeous home. Excellent location. Comfortable neighborhood.

This was so nice I actually wanted to stay longer. First of all, the home is absolutely beautiful. From the hardwood floors, to the wonderful floor plan, to the large kitchen, the super comfortable Den, dining room layout with authentic wood furniture, and all the many small intricate characterizations throughout.. Just the first floor when you walking through here is just so nice. Going upstairs You can see the craftsmanship of authentic build that no longer exists today. Meanwhile, everything seems to be in excellent condition. The warmth of this home is difficult to explain in words. Even to the touch of lighting throughout the entire home in bedrooms, everything was just laid out so sweet. After a few nights I started to realize that the neighborhood is very kind and comfortable as well. Parking was never an issue, and the neighborhood was very comfortable. I spoke with one of the neighbors who told me he had been here for 9 years and most of the people around here have been here for many years. The neighborhood seems to be filled with kindness. I walked to Dillan's for breakfast twice. They make the best omelets with shredded linguisa lol. There's something special about this neighborhood that was surreal. I also walked to and attended mass at St Lawrence Church very close by. Walked downtown a couple times too, which was nearby. It's a very nice walk. The location, and nearby amenities is great. Highly recommended five-star home.

Beautiful older home in a quiet neighborhood. Street parking is no problem. Lived the wood floors throughout that do not creak. Nice to have 1/2 bath on the ground floor. We stayed on the hottest weekend on July 4th, unfortunately not all the window a/c units can be turned on in the bedrooms. We were very uncomfortable with one portable ac downstairs in the entire living area and 2 of the ac for the 4 bedrooms upstairs working. Owner was very respectful and responsive with our needs, however there is nothing he can do to alleviate the situation. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay in new Bedford, lots to do with the family nearby.
