The Space:

You step into a world where Disney magic meets comfortable family living, and the excitement of a private pool invites you to unwind after a day at the parks. The scent of fresh‑cut grass mingles with the gentle splash of water as you lounge by the hot tub, while the game room beckons with the clack of pool balls and the ping‑pong rally. Every corner of this home is designed for shared moments, from themed bedrooms that spark imagination to a loft perfect for movie nights under soft lighting.



Sleeping arrangements

The six bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 14 guests. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 features another king bed with its own ensuite. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are themed for younger guests, each with twin beds—one in a Harry Potter setting and the other in a Mickey Mouse design—served by Jack & Jill bathrooms. Bedroom 5 provides a queen bed and a crib, ideal for a small family, while Bedroom 6 includes a second queen bed bathed in natural light.



Outdoor living

A private pool serves as the centerpiece of the outdoor space, with a hot tub nearby for extra relaxation. Covered dining and lounge areas let you enjoy meals or quiet conversation under the Florida sky. Guests also receive free access to the community water park, adding another splash of fun to each day.



Game room & entertainment

The dedicated game room holds a pool table, ping‑pong table, and a variety of games that keep everyone entertained. Inside, a cozy loft area offers a perfect setting for family movie nights or a relaxed evening after exploring the theme parks.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances lets you prepare anything from quick breakfasts to multi‑course dinners. Two spacious dining areas—one inside the home and another outdoors—ensure ample room for the whole group to share meals together.



Location & attractions

Situated in the Windsor Island community of Davenport, the home is a short drive from Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, giving you easy access to the region’s top attractions while enjoying the peace of a residential neighborhood.

The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor Island Resort is a newly constructed community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor Island Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, state-of-the-art massage chairs are designed to melt away stress and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just eight miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera by the front door, another one pointing to the driveway and a last one pointing to our pool equipment. These aren't intended to record our guest but installed for security purposes
