This is an excellent property in a great location! Very clean and modern and a relaxing place to call home. We loved it! One gentle criticism and one suggestion for improvement…. The kitchen is “light” on equipment and on basic items such as dishwashing pods, hangers etc. One area of improvement would be to have outdoor furniture on the lower two balconies so you could relax and enjoy the outdoors …and to have cleaned the furniture on the top level ready for use! Minor suggestions that would further amplify how wonderful this property is to call a temporary home!

Awesome stay at the Beach Paradise, Long Beach CA

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house that is steps from a popular beach in Southern California. The house was amazing, basically brand new and fully stocked. We were minutes from restaurants, nightlife, etc. while we were in town for a wedding. We would definitely stay here again when traveling to the L.A. area.

Excellent location & lovely property

We had a fantastic family vacation in this Long Beach property. Access to the private beach is outstanding and watching the fireworks from the beach was idyllic! We loved the ease of grabbing groceries close by and traveling north and south from this central location was just what we had hoped. Property was spotless and so well appointed. The property is definitely geared towards teenagers and young adults.

Perfect Long Beach Vacation

This house was amazing and the location couldn't be beat. The house is absolutely beautiful, lives really big, and is a barely a walk to both the ocean and the bay. We had everything we needed for our stay and although the house didn't have paddle boards or kayaks, you can rent them just down the street within about a 5 minute walk. This place was perfect!

Lovely contemporary home steps from the sand. All the bedrooms are upstairs so if that is an issue then I would ask as there was no access to the elevator.

The stay itself was wonderful. The location was perfect, the home was well appointed. The garage was tricky for my large SUV, but overall the stay itself was great! We would stay again. However, the process leading up to it was convoluted. The management company would ask for identification but not provide a secure was to send it, then they’d say they don’t need it. Then I’d get another request for it. And round and round for a couple of weeks leading up to it. I called and spoke to someone directly who was going to call me back to confirm if they needed anything and I never received a call back. It was nerve racking because the messages I was getting were very mixed and I wasn’t sure until maybe the day before if they were going to honor the reservation. That would be the only reason I would reconsider whether to book again.
