✨ This home is registered with the City of Long Beach — Registration Number NRP24-01561. We are committed to being great neighbors and ask that all guests help us maintain a respectful presence in the community.



🌊 A few house rules to keep the good vibes going: No parties or events of any kind. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Maximum occupancy of 8 guests is strictly enforced. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

👉 The home is equipped with five exterior security cameras monitoring the perimeter of the property (alley, front street, second floor street-facing, and both sides). These are exterior only and are there for everyone's safety and peace of mind.
