Welcome to our Ohana Home! This custom Sunset Beach home features fantastic ocean views from 2nd and 3rd floors, as well as panoramic 360 views from the roof top deck, lounging couch and chairs, and an unbelievable view.

The large kitchen and dining area seats 8 for dinner comfortably, and you will enjoy sipping coffee or cocktails while overlooking the ocean from either balcony off the 2nd floor living room, or the 3rd floor master bedroom. Custom teak hardwood floors throughout make this home especially unique!

The home sits directly on the greenbelt park, meaning you have your own personal yard in front for picnic, BBQ, or watching the kids play. The first floor patio balcony off the entrance way is one of the best places in Sunset Beach to watch the world go by!

There is parking for three vehicles, the beach is just steps away, and the home is 30 minutes from Disneyland (11 mi), Aquarium of the Pacific (8 mi), and other attractions, and about 10 minutes from the Huntington Beach Pier, Pacific City, etc. (6 mi).

Hosts were great with communication and addressing any issues. We unfortunately came during an heavy amount of rain. The roof leaked in multiple spots into bedrooms. The house was clean otherwise! Great location and suited our needs for a central spot travel to LA, San Diego and Joshua Tree. Had the weather been nicer we would have never known about the leaks and I feel like this wasn’t new because it had been raining on and off for a couple weeks prior. Minor plumbing issues that were reported as well, so hopefully these are addressed as well.

We stayed for a long weekend to enjoy a local music festival and attend a Football game @ SOFI stadium. Had a great time, exactly what we were expecting. Great location to the concert and a nice little beach town to hang out in for a few days.

This house suited our group of adults and kids perfectly. The rooftop deck was amazing and has new patio furniture. The house is a bit outdated but that's ok because you can't beat the location. Only recommendation to host is to stock the kitchen with more coffee mugs.

The amenities need some work. The bathroom shower on the main level was leaking (seems for awhile since mold was growing) The kitchen sink is peeling and not very sanitary also the pots and pans need to be replaced (flaking) The light over the front entry was out so very dark when you come back at night. Couldn't get in the house until 5pm (still cleaning)But overall great location very convenient to the beach. Very cozy for our family to enjoy Thanksgiving. Would come back but if change s are met wouldn't cook in the kitchen.

Beach Paradise Found!

Great property in Sunset Beach, CA with the top deck of the home offering 360 degree views of the San Gabriel Mountains and clear Ocean view (across the street). Kitchen and amenities were fantastic as we hosted a small group of Family and Friends for a Holiday dinner + walk on the beach after! Graham was a great host and the entire stay was smooth! Highly recommend!

BEST TERRACE IN SUNSET BEACH

The house is exactly as the pictures shows; it says 10 ppl can stay, but to be honest, is more for 6 adults and 2 kids; unless you use the sofas then 2 more can sleep there, but no privacy at all. It says two parking spaces, but you have to park on the street, the garage is not available. There is tons of parking spaces around, but in summer , it´s hard to find a spot. The cherry of the cake, is the TERRACE, you can enjoy a beautiful view of sunset from it.

Freezing house

My wife cried when we checked in, it was 58° and it was freezing in the house (pouring rain). The house should be warmer when a check in is confirmed, we arrived after 6 pm. Charming home, curious why the owner came 2 times during our stay into the property. We’ve never encountered an owner coming during a stay. We heard the garage door open, just awkward during such a short stay. Cozy lovely home & loved the location. Thank you
