This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located in the heart of Avon. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions close by with easy access to I-70

Several days prior to check-in we will send you a link which contains an electronic guidebook. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We have also included suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.

IMPORTANT: 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months. Our contract with the snow plowing company states that plows will be deployed only once 6” of snow has accumulated on the roads. We will not be able to send someone until then.
-With so little rain this Summer, Eagle County is NOW in Stage 2 fire restrictions. In light of the County's fire restrictions, the HOA Board has enacted an emergency smoking ban effective August 15th. SMOKING ANYWHERE OUTSIDE INCLUDING PATIOS, BALCONIES, BREEZEWAYS, STAIRWELLS, AND GRASS AREAS, IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED
