Our bright and spacious home (1300 sq ft) is the perfect setting for your quiet mountain vacation. Perfectly located for winter and summer sports, seven miles to Vail ski areas and two miles from Beaver Creek. The tri-level home has two queen beds & two full size beds, and 2.5 bathrooms. This home has a stocked kitchen (not just essentials), a living room with high ceilings, wood burning fireplace, and a smart tv with high speed Wifi. Located a two blocks off the beautiful Eagle Vail golf course.

The neighborhood

You’ll find opportunities right in EagleVail for activities such as cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on the golf course and trails in the winter, and hiking, golf, tennis, and mountain biking in the summer.

Getting around

We do recommend having a car as we are 1/2 mile to the bus stop. Check out ECO Transit for bus schedule times and pick up and drop off locations. Uber, Taxi Services, are available.

Other things to note

This is our second home with personal touches. We expect guests to treat it with care and respect. This is a non-smoking residence and no cats allowed. We do allow dogs. One dog allowed per visit unless approved prior to visit (pet fee required).
Also, Please be respectful of our neighbors as this is a quiet community and we share walls with neighbors next door and below.

We enjoyed the stay with our daughter and her family...and our grandson. The house is very comfortable, well stocked and plenty of toys for the kiddos to play with which was great. The owners were also so helpful and nice. Location was also great as well. We would love to come back.

We wanted to combine some hiking and some dining. Also had an aged pet staying with us. The place was very accommodating for our needs. The wonderful bonus was the porch with a flock of hummingbirds to entertain us !

Ryan’s place is fantastic! Great location for skiing Beaver Creek and Vail. Nice places to walk the dog. Very comfortable condo. Nice bathrooms, kitchen nicely stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. Nice and roomy for a family. Great trip for winter, but would be equally nice for summer. Nice balcony/ porch. We would definitely rent again for a trip to this area.

We’ve rented this condo 4 years for our family ski week. It’s always immaculate and well maintained. Very convenient to Avon and Beaver Creek. Vail is also close by. We like that the owners allow a dog.

Nice condo on the second floor of a complex in Eagle-Vail which is right next to a great snow covered golf course where our dogs love to play. Very close to Beaver Creek and many other amenities in Avon and Edwards.

Great value for the size

We really enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holidays. Conveniently located between Vail and Beaver Creek, you can easily take advantage of both resorts from this location. We only had a party of 4, but could have slept 8 with no problem. The only reason we gave it a 4 rather than a 5 star was that we planned to grill some brats on the last night and the grill was out of gas. Otherwise, it had everything we needed.

This condo was clean and well stocked… This condo was clean and well stocked with linens and toiletries (even a packaged tooth brush and paste). Pots, pans, spices and assorted other goods were available. Beds were very good and clean. Internet worked fine. Great location. For the price one of the best rentals I've had. Thanks for the nice place Ryan.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo over labor day weekend. the condo had everything we needed including a large grill on the front porch. Great condo in Eagle Vail

This was perfect for a late summer family getaway. The owner Ryan was very responsive and we found the condo to be very well stocked. Good pots and pans for cooking meals in and good quality sheets and towels to add a touch of home. The location is minutes from central Vail and is walking distance to several parks. The kids enjoyed Netflix and the games in the condo. Many were still in new condition. Security deposit was refunded timely. Would definitely stay here again.
