Two (02) bedrooms and two (02) bathrooms, 01 (one) suite, with heaters in both rooms and bathrooms and with great showers. Easy mobility, no stairs. Each room has 01 double bed and a sofa bed in the living room and can accommodate 05 guests comfortably ... Bed and bath linen available.
It has 01 (one) covered garage.
Building with beautiful gardening, gazebo, solarium at the entrance, space for children to play and swimming pool.
With the beautiful view, both from the bedrooms and the living room; during the celebrations of Natal Luz it is possible to see the fireworks that take place on Lake Joaquina Bier.
Noble neighborhood, quiet for walks being:
- 05 minutes walk from Mini Mundo
-04 minutes walk from Lake Joaquina Bier where Nativitaten shows take place during Natal Luz
-10 minute walk to Lake Negro

Maravilhoso!
Fui com minha família, num total de 5 pessoas e ficamos todos encantados com o apartamento. Bem amplo, confortável, bem equipado e é ainda melhor que nas fotos. A proprietária foi muito solícita desde o primeiro contato, nos ajudou e deu dicas muito boas da cidade e como chegar. Fomos recebidos pela esposa do zelador, a Sra. Regina, que também foi muito simpática e nos direcionou ao apartamento.
A localização é ótima: perto do lago onde tem as apresentações de natal (dá pra ir a pé, inclusive). Quem está de carro chega em qualquer ponto turístico em alguns minutos apenas.
Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa. Com certeza quando voltarmos ficaremos de novo lá. E já indicamos para amigos e família. =)

Estamos encantados com Gramado, lá tudo é lindo!
O Imóvel é maravilhoso. A vista encantadora!
Aconchegante, limpo, todo limpo (armários, louças, travesseiros, cobertores, banheiros) amplo e arejado, com total estrutura, com internet e garagem, exatamente como mostra nas fotos.
A zeladora do prédio também foi muito atenciosa.
a localização é excelente (próximo de tudo), não podia ser melhor!
A proprietária nos deu toda atenção que precisamos, foi impecável conosco.
Quando voltar à Gramado espero ficar no mesmo apartamento. #superrecomendo

Ótimo apartamento
Super recomendo o apartamento. Ótima localização, imobiliado, possui todos os utensílios necessários para uma boa estadia, inclusive com criança. Como a própria Isa havia informado, bem cuidado como se fosse uma residência de moradia. Sem dúvida, se retornarmos ao destino, está em nossa lista o retorno também ao imóvel.

Apartamento aconchegante, bem decorado, mobiliado, em prédio com garagem coberta, e excelente localização em bairro tranquilo. A vista do apartamento é maravilhosa. Roupas de cama, banho e cozinha à disposição. TV com Sky e canais de filmes liberados. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo zelador que se mostrou muito atencioso. Superou nossa expectativa, recomendamos.
