Possui tudo que o imóvel precisa para proporcionar uma estadia com conforto e necessidades diárias. Enxoval limpos e novos. A proprietária Claudia muito simpática e prestativa nos oferecendo sempre dicas e atenta às minhas dúvidas. A estrutura do prédio conta com piscinas, saunas e banheiras de hidromassagem limpas e aquecidas. Meus filhos amaram a sala de informática e as caminhadas pelos jardins. A lavanderia uma praticidade. Os porteiros educados e prestativos. Irei retornar sempre.

O apartamento da Claudia é ainda mais lindo pessoalmente, tudo que está descrito no anuncio é o que realmente tem lá. A Claudia é super atenciosa, manteve contato comigo a todo tempo se colocando a disposição para ajudar no que fosse necessário no tempo de nossa estadia lá. O condomínio é lindo muito limpo funcionários super atenciosos a piscina é nota 1000 Hidro também. Para chegar no centro a pé é em torno de 10 minutos, tem muitos Ubers que são extremamente baratos para vc se locomover para qualquer lugar. Recomendo a qualquer pessoa e não vejo a hora de retornar a Gramado e com certeza me hospedar novamente no Ap. da Claudia!

Estive hospedada no apartamento com meu marido e nossas duas filhas e foi ótimo! O imóvel tem todos os utensílios domésticos necessários para a hospedagem e é muito aconchegante e confortável!
