I redid this home to accomplish just that for those visiting lovely Andover/Wichita area. I aim to provide amenities, entertainment, and comfort of a family gathering place. My family means everything to me and having a place we can build memories and help others to do the same has been a dream come true!

When we found this home, we knew it was special. It offers a rare "Best of Both Worlds" location that is nearly impossible to find: Total serenity tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet mere minutes from the pulse of the city.
Why we fell in love with this spot:
• The "ICT" Connection: Nestled in the highly desirable Andover district, you are just outside the hustle and bustle of Wichita. With immediate access to US-54, I-35, and the Kansas Turnpike, you can reach downtown museums, Riverfront Stadium, or the Sedgwick County Zoo in under 20 minutes.
• Walkable Perks: Unlike many suburban retreats, you aren’t stranded! We love being able to walk to Braums for a late-night ice cream scoop or hit the brand-new Starbucks and Dillon’s Grocery just half a mile away. Ph and did I mention the park with swing sets, basketball hoops and more just behind the home across the street?! 2 minute walk and you and your littles can burn off some steam!
