Peace and privacy in this cozy cottage with serene lake view, 135' of lakefront and private lake access. Enjoy swimming, paddling, hiking, biking, fishing right from your door. Close to ski areas, restaurants, urban center and charming Vermont villages.
Comfortable and relaxing cottage. After your adventure, this is a great space for enjoying a good meal and curling up with a book or playing board games with the kids!
The space
The cottage is an open floorplan; enter into the main living area--the dining area, full kitchen, and living room flow together. The lake view from the living room windows captures your attention, and you know you've arrived!
Then out the back to the balcony to enjoy the tree-house feel and more of that incredible view from the cool shade of lush old trees. Don't forget to look up!
When it's time to come in, the bedroom and bath welcome you with quality linens and a clean, comfortable space to rest and refresh. There are a full bed and a futon in the bedroom. There is also a new Serta queen futon in the living room for additional sleep space if needed.
In the morning, you may hear the loons call, or even catch a glimpse of one or a few as you enjoy coffee on the private dock.

We loved our 4 night stay in the cottage. We did some day trips, returning each afternoon to the cottage. So private, relaxing and comfortable. We would definitely return.

Wonderful place to stay! It’s tuck away in this quiet neighborhood. It’s far away from the chaos of Burlington but close enough that we’re able to go back and forth multiple times a day. We dropped off our son at UVM and stayed for a week. Angela is very accommodating and replied promptly to our inquiries. I wish we could have used the kayaks but it was not available for the guests. However, Angela provided an option for us to rent one nearby. Overall, we absolutely enjoyed the place and we are planning to stay here again on our next visit, can’t wait to experience this place during winter! Thank you!!!
