Welcome to this spacious house in Lakeland. This fabulous property boasts 4 bedrooms, including one king, two queens, and a full bed. The two full bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, towels, body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Enjoy the soothing atmosphere of this cozy retreat, complete with a private pool. The house is centrally located between Tampa, Orlando and Winter Haven. Enjoy the local trails, nature preserves and golf courses in Lakeland or take a short trip to a beach, Busch Gardens, Disney, Sea World or LegoLand. It’s the perfect home base for work, vacation, graduations, or just visiting with family and friends. We're happy to assist with any questions while you are staying at our home.

You will have full access of the property, with the exception of one closet and the garage. These areas are used for our cleaners and additional supplies.

The property has 3 exterior security cameras (ring camera, driveway and patio).
