Nicely Appointed Place

The beach house was a very pleasant place to stay. I loved being in the kitchen and having sunlight come thru the window over the sink.The ceramic tile floors in the home were beautiful, including the bathroom and shower.

Cute cozy bungalow

A nice place to hang your hat while experiencing all that the Florida Coast, particularly Cocoa Beach has to offer. A short walk puts you right on the sand!

What a great little place! Convenient to the beach, clean and cozy, and well appointed with just about everything you would need for home away from home! Communication with Wendy was great, she was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint little place in gated quiet community. Perfect for a couple to get away. Only a short walk to the beach. Short drive to great places to eat and grocery store. We will definitely revisit next time we go to Cape Canaveral.

Excellent bungalow in perfect location

Very quiet and comfy bungalow three blocks from the beach. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Comfy bed, loved the shower water pressure and patio with grill. Wendy was excellent manager too.

Darling little place!

I was there in the off season, but it was an extremely quiet place. Great location, only 2 blocks from a lovely beach spot. Convenient to many locations. I’ll definitely stay again! Wendy, my host was fabulous to work with!

Great beach bungalow

The bungalow is full of character and charm. The gated community is very quiet and just a couple blocks to the beach. There is a large patio area in front as well as in the back with a large table and grill.

Place is in very close proximity to the beach and access with parking. It is small, but was just fine for two adults. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond.

If you like tranquillity, privacy and to blend in with the locals this is the place. Very quite at night and the roar of the surf is heard at the bungalow. Short walk to the beach that is not overcrowded.

Very nice!

Enjoyed our visit. Cute, small duplex just a couple of blocks to a very nice beach. The only downside was the bed was only full size, but the bathroom shower was great! Nice, fenced and gated complex of duplexes with friendly neighbors.

This little bungalow is walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment. Minutes to Port Canaveral and a short drive to Kennedy Space Center. Perfect for being outdoors! There is a large park and community center at the end of the block and the beach at the other end of the block!
