Brand new house that was perfect for our family of 5. My kids are teenagers but really enjoyed watching the deer off the back porch. Will definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is brand new and in excellent condition. There were some waters in the fridge and snacks on the counter which was a nice touch, haven't experienced that before. We have family that lives a couple houses up the hill so the location was perfect. We already booked it again for December.

The house was amazing! Very clean and spacious. The games were fun to play with the kids and the snakes and waters were appreciated. Contacting the host was easy and he was very responsive to my messages. My kids wanted to move in permanently! Lol. I would strongly recommend this location.

New, clean property

Very nice place. A bit hard to find in the dark on a dirt road. Looks small from the outside, but very spacious inside with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

We are from Pagosa Springs Colorado and currently live in Pagosa. We travel often and know what we like in a rental property, so we made sure it is equipped with everything you may need during your stay. We are a family of 4 who loves to hike, hunt, fish, ski, boat, tube the river, and enjoy raising our kids in this lovely community.

Why they chose this property

The mountain views are amazing and with 3 acres of space, you have plenty of room to maintain your privacy and enjoy all that Pagosa has to offer. Removed from town 4 miles, but still close to enjoy all the amenities and hotsprings. Very quite and you will most likely see deer and elk moving through the property.

What makes this property unique

It is a home on 3 acres with beautiful mountain views of the northern range and the eastern range. Most rentals are right next to other homes, we have plenty of space with lot's of privacy and it is very quite.
