The lake can be enjoyed from the back deck, beside the private pool, or on the dock next to the private beach. No matter how you relax, Leisure life is just steps away.
House is on the corner at the end of a serene cull de sac in Asbury Park, right on Lake Norman. This oasis updated and renovated in April 2023 with increased living space, high end furnishings, fantastic amenities, inviting décor and an attention to detail focused on providing you with a wonderful location, and multiple indoor & outdoor areas for dining and entertaining to enjoy with your family and friends. The property has a gentle slope from the private pool to the dock and beach area where swimming, kayaking and floating are waiting. This stunning home is only 3 miles from grocery, restaurants, bars & shopping and 35 minutes from Charlotte-Douglas Airport.
