The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip Beds of used sheets and pillow cases only. Please put in hamper in each bedroom closet.
Load all used towels into the washer, do NOT start.
Make sure windows are closed, sliding door and shutters closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you see "Buddy" the black rabbit, he is wild. My father used to feed him, and I continue also. Please dont chase him. Pellets by the front door :)

Wonderful place

The property was a 3 bedroom. 2 bath, very nice sized Kitchen and screened in Porch, with table great place to stay with family.

The home was clean and comfortable. Very easy check in. Perfect for our needs in Belle Fourche SD. It even comes with a wild rabbit who hangs around. Our host even left us food to feed “Buddy”Thank you Blanca for use of your home.

Belle Fourche Stay

The home was very spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well each night which was a blessing after a long day of driving and touring. If we had any questions or needed something, Blanca answered quickly. It was great having the grocery store right across the street to get anything we needed for our meals. If we visit that area we would stay again.

Annual Family Dinosaur Hunt

My 2 adult sons and I were looking for lodging in Belle Fourche while we participated in a PaleoAdventure Dinosaur excavation. We saw this house and thought it would be perfect -- AND IT WAS! The house was immaculate and exceeded our expectations! The location is PERFECT (right across the street from the grocery store), and communication with Blanca (the owner) was easy and convenient. We hope to make it our home base in our future plans. I highly recommend this property!!!

Belle Fourche 2025

The bunny was cute as advertised. Easy access to everything. Needed more instruction for use of TV. Needed to be informed of timer on lights. All and all it was a very good experience. Loved the toaster!
