This oceanfront grand suite boasts 2100 sq ft of pure pleasure!!! It doesn’t get better than this! Less than 15 minutes from the Providenciales airport, Coral Gardens is a privately owned, boutique condominium complex located directly on Grace Bay Beach. This condo overlooks Princess Alexandria National Coral Reef providing fabulous snorkeling literally at your doorstep.

This second-floor corner unit gives you the utmost outdoor views. In the morning, wake up, wear your complimentary robe, and enjoy your coffee while soaking up the sunshine and turquoise ocean.
This suite has a fully equipped kitchen and opens up the floor-to-ceiling, retractable exterior glass doors to the wrap-around patios and the living room becomes an outdoor environment. Go out and read the paper or check your emails with the complimentary WiFi at the outside table that seats 4 or stretch out one of the lounging chairs and enjoy the view of the pool, beach, and reef.

This condo is 2128 square feet consisting of a living room with a flat-screen cable TV, DVD player and speaker system, plenty of seating, a dining area that seats 6, a kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, and a powder room. The master bedroom is complete with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, safe, cable TV, large luxury bath with double sink, corner soaker tub, and separate shower. It also opens up onto the balcony.

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, cable TV, a small fridge, a coffee pot & accessories, a DVD player, a private balcony with 2 chairs, and a private bath with a shower.

The condo can be rented as a 2 bedroom front ocean view with one master bedroom, or just the 'garden room' with the twin beds that would act more like a hotel room.

The Somewhere Beach Café and Bar next to the pool is great for those impromptu lunches or dinners, island drinks at cocktail hour, or a lazy morning breakfast.

There are a tremendous amount of activities to fill your days within minutes from Coral Gardens from snorkelling the coral reef, diving, paragliding, banana boats, scuba diving, fine and casual dining, golf, basic site seeing, boat trips to Iguana island and more…….

Everything was perfect

Perfect location and accomodations for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Condo had an amazing view, very clean and had everything we needed. Felt very safe all over the island and at the resort. Restaurant was good and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

My family of 4 very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had enough space for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. The balcony view was stunning and takes your breath away as soon as you open the door. The condo was located within a short drive to a nice grocery store, fabulous restaurants, and shops. The grounds were clean and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. We would love to visit again.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful condo with amazing beach view. We loved this property and location. It is right on a quiet beach with a reef for snorkeling. The staff helped set up towels and chairs on the beach each day. The staff was helpful and easy to work with. The condo is a short drive into Grace Bay Area where it’s easy to shop and get groceries. Highly recommend!

We had the most fabulous time in 2202! It was clean and comfortable and had everything we need. The view was absolutely fantastic. We would come back over and over again! Oh and we loved the Somewhere Cafe!

Fantastic Location - Fantastic property!

The pictures really don't do the view justice..... The wrap around porch and huge family room make for an incredibly relaxing visit. Our girls (5 and 8) loved the restaurant on the beach (Somewhere) and the fact that we could transition from the condo to the pool to the beach with ease. Amazing snorkeling right off the beach. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Second time staying here and it won’t be my last. Love the unit, location, staff, services. All top notch. Great on-site restaurant and best part is the protected coral reef right down at the beach w chair and towel service. It’s like swimming in an aquarium.

Pictures Don't Do It Justice!

This is an incredible unit and beachfront. Our young kids had a wonderful time snorkeling right off the beach and we enjoyed eating meals on the balcony. There was more than enough space for our family. As a bonus, the staff was so wonderful. We would definitely come back!

We decided to stay one extra week and moved from a 1 BR to this 2 BR which was available. What a comfortable condo! Great views, awesome restaurant on property, really large balcony and living room (with doors that completely open). Owner and staff great communication and caring for guests. Highly recommend

Coral Gardens Room 2022

Rented at Coral gardens and had a great time . Jerome on the beach is a great guy who care of everyone s needs Heidi our cleaning lady was also great and did a terrific job. CG is lucky to have them All the workers are very friendly and helpful Unit was great and had everything we needed Leanne was great to deal while booking And Vern was on top of everything Thx CG staff we can’t wait to return

Great Family Vacation Experience

This was our first time in Turks and Caicos but surely won't be the last! We have so many positives things to say about our stay at Coral Gardens. The location was ideal for our family as there is snorkeling right in front of the condos for the days we just wanted to relax on the beach and we were only minutes away from various shops and restaurants. Across the board, the crew at Coral Gardens is second to none. The beach crew always greeted us with a smile and a "high five", making sure we had what we needed. Leanne and Vern were great to work and helped us find a solution when we needed to adjust our travel dates. We are already looking forward to staying at Coral Gardens Resort the next time we are able to go to Turks and Caicos!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay in Suite 2202 last week. The kitchen is well equipped and has a very good lay out. The suite is quite large, good size living & dining area, and very comfortable to stay in. The view of the ocean from the wrap-around balcony is great. The beach is a very short walk and the area has lots of lounge chairs & umbrellas for the guests. Bight Reef is located in front of Coral Gardens and is a great spot for snorkelling. There is a restaurant on-site, Somewhere Cafe, while the menu is limited, the food is good. The staff at Coral Gardens, Jamy, Jerome, Doreen and everyone else are always pleasant and very helpful. We have stayed at Coral Gardens several times now and we plan to return.

Amazing location and view!

Loved the location of this property! Fantastic view that can’t be beat. Very central location on Grace Bay with easy access to the other resorts, restaurants and marinas. Access to the snorkeling was so easy - highly recommend buying those hammock floats and bringing with you as the water is crystal clear and hardly any waves so practically like being in a pool - except with tons of fish! Complex is to maneuver - never had a problem getting lounge chairs or an umbrella. And width of beach was plenty big. None of that bay is super wide but we never felt crowded and we were there close to Fourth of July. This unit was VERY spacious. Kitchen was adequately stocked - not as fulsome as some other condos we’ve stayed in - but sufficient for what we needed. Somewhere Cafe has a limited menu but it’s great to have it so handy while at the beach. Live music on Sundays can’t be ignored from this unit since it’s so close so good to know if that would bother you. Only met one of the resort cats - Coral is the calico and she’s super friendly and happy to be fed if you are so inclined! You won’t regret visiting TCI - we will be back!

Coral Gardens

First and foremost, the entire staff was a perfect 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Unfortunately, and due to no fault of theirs, another condo owner scheduled tile removal from the unit directly below us; the jackhammering was horrendous! The manager was quick to act and it would stop…for awhile. After 3 days of this, they moved us to a different unit. Of course, we wasted part of a day packing and unpacking. Again, the staff went over and above to assist us. Not 5 minutes after we got unpacked and jackhammering began below us in the new unit!! Once again, Prince was quick to get them to stop…until they started up. Fortunately, we went on excursions and to the beach often, but this was tedious at best. Eventually, Leanne, the condo manager reimbursed us a reasonable amount to compensate us for our trouble. When things were quiet, it was a fantastic condo. The view was spectacular, it was quite spacious and the restaurant next door was great, the beach and reef was AMAZING. If I was guaranteed no construction, I would happily give them another try.

Great for families.

This property was amazing for our family. We have stayed in the area before but never at Coral Gardens. We will definitely make this our go-to spot from now on. Kitchen had all you need, beds we’re comfortable and the property manager was very helpful. The adjoining beachside restaurant “Somewhere” had a broad menu and JoJos next door offered expanded options.

We are a big extended family originating from Chicago. Though some of us have scattered across the US, we always get together at Christmas time for a family vacation. Years ago it used to be snow skiing, and now we prefer going someplace warm and T&C was our destination of choice.

Grace Bay Beach #1 BEST BEACH IN THE CARIBBEAN AND #2 BEST BEACH IN THE WORLD. Snorkel reef Alexandra Marine Park off the beach. We do insuite massages when you book this suite.
