This immaculate Turks & Caicos “Ocean Front Condo” is located on Grace Bay Beach, within steps of the white sand beach and clear turquoise waters of Grace Bay, Providenciales. Wake up in the morning to the most incredible turquoise ocean from your balcony!

This condo is located directly in front of the best SNORKELING REEF on the island. This 1500 sq ft “Coral Gardens Ocean Front Condo” has been updated and can accommodate up to 8 people (one king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom & pullout couch). The decor is light, bright and Caribbean and will help you relax and unwind. It features a master suite with a king bed, TV and a master bath with separate shower. The second bedroom includes 2 queen beds, TV and it has its own ensuite bath. The living room has a queen size pullout couch and beautiful chairs. It also has a flat screen TV in the living with cable service that will allow you to enjoy most major US stations. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and all the utensils you need (fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave). There is complimentary laundry onsite, wifi and parking for your convenience. You also can enjoy beach towels, loungers and umbrellas on the beach specifically for our guests.

The property is on the beautiful coastline of Grace Bay Beach and includes 2 outdoor pools and Somewhere Cafe and Lounge onsite.

Whether you’re looking for a relaxing romantic getaway, family vacation or to spice it up with some watersport adventure, our OCEAN FRONT VIEW Condo on Grace Bay Beach has it all!

The snorkeling reef directly off the shore is so convenient and you will see angel fish, turtles, parrot fish and yellow tails and many more. You can also take a 1/2 day boat trip to Iguana island directly from the shore- they pick up and drop off at your doorstep.

There are many activities to enjoy including snorkelling, fishing, scuba diving, whale watching, horseback riding, kite sailing, seadoing, kyaking, paddle boarding and many more water sport activities are all within minutes from our location. There is a golf course, pickle ball and tennis as well as a gym located close by.
Looking for a little more? Check out some of the local restaurants for a taste of fresh (caught on site!) conch! From Conch salad, to conch fritters, you won’t find conch this fresh anywhere else! If conch isn’t for you, the local restaurants offer all kinds of International and exotic island foods to please all your taste buds. Our guest services will help you plan all of these activities.

Great Return Trip

This was our second stay in this until. Love being so close to the water and it has everything one needs, with a great attentive Coral Gardens staff. We miss Jerome already! It was good to know ahead of time about the active construction site next door - didn't bother us!

Great Place and Staff

Everything was perfect. The room was great for the number of people we had (4 adults). It was cleaned every day. The staff went above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. Somewhere Cafe had awesome food and amazing but pricey (as expected) drinks! But what isn't pricey in Turks. Would stay again!

Great Condo

This was the perfect condo. The condo was exactly as shown in pictures. There was plenty of room for 4 of us. It was nice having the extra half bathroom on the main floor. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed to be able to cook in the condo. The condo was on such a great stretch of beach with a great reef where we saw tons of colorful fish everyday. The 2 pools were also so nice to have as well as the option to go to Somewhere Cafe. This was a great place to stay. And the owner was quick To answer questions.

Needs attention

There is no washing machine!!!! Sliding glass door needs new rollers. Can’t open without tons of effort. Tea pot doesn’t work Only a single baking pan Drawer for silverware is broken Ice maker doesn’t work Powder room toilet leaks on every flush Bathroom doors won’t lock. Bedroom door can’t shut There is a 10% construction discount. But don’t plan on sleeping a minute past 7:01. Jackhammers and air chisels and yelling Chinese men will definitely wake you up Staff was great

Magical Moments in TCI!!

Pros: The unit was as advertised and we were greeted by a very nice gentleman (Tyler) when we arrived. From the balcony the view of Grace Bay was gorgeous. We enjoyed watching the sunset each evening!! Cons: Their was lots of construction going on the entire time we were there. Most of the pathways to the beach were blocked. There is also a large hotel being built just to the west of this resort. The onsite restaurant (Somewhere Cafe) was closed and it appeared we were one of the only vacationers on this resort. We felt this should have been made known upfront so we could have been better prepared. Leanne (property manager) was extremely responsive and made aware of our grievances.She was super helpful to provide us a better accommodation! In summary, we would consider staying at Coral Gardens again but would need to be ensured of the current status as to not be blindsided.

Inaccurate pictures

We chose this property bc of the pictures and views. That is how I always choose a property. Owner did say there was construction next door so we were expecting that but because of the way that the property was situated all we saw when we walked in was a huge property being built and not blue waters. If you go right up to the glass door and look to the right it is pretty. Also, my husband and I both work remotely and the WiFi was terrible. We had to hook onto a nearby condo or a hotspot to be able to work. Also, the master shower water was a trickle and I had to use the secondary bath to shower. I contacted the owner to discuss the issues and didn’t hear back the rest of the trip from her. Very disappointing. It has made me Leary now of even doing VRBO bc it made us not have a great trip. We thought about paying double to go to another place so we could have a better experience. The condo itself was ok. My suggestion is to be honest and Change your pictures and try to trouble shoot when people have issues don’t ignore them.

Overall it was a great trip. Being right on the water was wonderful. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful with issues. The location is great. We had a car and could get everywhere but it is in a good area to lots of things close by. The cafe on the beach was great too, food is so so but drinks were great and atmosphere and view awesome. Pool is great but small, the beach is awesome great snorkelling, and beach chairs, towels and umbrellas ready for you to use. Unfortunately the view is now not the same as what appeared in the listing. Which is why we booked the apartment. There has been a building go up right next door that cuts into half of the view. You can still see the beach, just not a clearly as shown on the listing. There is some pretty extensive construction next door. They start at 6a and go til 5p. So it is very loud and constant. When the balcony door is closed it is quite muffled but if you’re sitting on the balcony it is loud. The baby crib was full size and perfect. They mentioned a baby gate which they promptly delivered but unfortunately doesn’t fit the stair area. We probably would visit again, we just might wait until construction is completed.

Trip to T & C

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four! The stewards (Jerome, Moses & Jerome) were absolutely the best. What ever we needed or wanted they made sure to help us in anyway possible. Prince (property mgr) was always willing to help and had a smile on his face. The housekeeping crew did a wonderful job of helping keep thing cleaned and stocked with fresh towels and linens. Really glad we brought the frozen and dry goods with us as well as plenty of sunscreen. Wish we brought our snorkeling gear but it was not an issue as the resort had loners for us. Having a car was an added treat but not a requirement as Prince was quick with three names for rides if needed. The condo had everything we needed to cook all of the meals we wanted too (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Had loaner books to read on the beach when we finished the ones we brought. Beach towels were easily picked up at the office on the way down to the pool or beach. It was convent to have “Somewhere” bar right on the boardwalk in front of t he hotel. There was a National Park right out front of the resort that we spent hours and hours snorkeling around. We are already trying to figure out how to make a return trip possible in the next year or too. The island is very expensive for food (grocery store & restaurants), fuel and fun activities for the family. Bring lots of cash for these things. All in all, the entire family ranked this trip as the best family vacation we have had. Our stay at Coral Garden’s Resort definitely add to this! The Bight

The Coral Gardens resort was nice, but there were a few unknowns. The property and unit were smaller than I had anticipated. I also thought that there would be grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. The problem overall is that the taxi system is not consistent. Fortunately we met A driver named Earl Jennings. He was very trustworthy and punctual. It would be nice if there was a local store we could buy things and wouldn’t have to walk to or take a taxi back….as all of these are expensive. I think next time we will find a place that is close to shops and restaurants. Turks and Caicos is a beautiful island. Also as has been mentioned in other reviews the construction site that is going up next to CG could be a problem for the view from the unit in the future.

Perfect for our family

Checkin was very fast and efficient, the views from the balcony are spectacular. The resort that’s scheduled to be built Nextdoor has not broken ground yet so nothing obscures the ocean views. The beach is perfect for walking and not busy at all. The snorkeling right off the beach is the best I’ve seen without going out on a boat. The AC worked well, the only downside is there is no elevator and you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs.

Great laid back place to stay

Location is perfect for snorkeling right off the beach. Probably won’t go in March again as beach and restaurants were packed. Condo was comfortable with plenty of space for our family of five and everything you would need in the kitchen. Really liked having a little cooler to take on outing for cold drinks and fruit. Condo has beautiful view of beach and water but if you plan on going I would go sooner than later as a new property is planned next door that will take most of the the view away from this particular unit. Everything was clean and tidy with the exception of sand in the sleep sofa. But you are at the beach and sand is everywhere. Unit is in need of some updates and fixes (elec outlet in family room w/o cover could be a hazard for curious little ones). Guest beds and sleep sofa were comfortable for kids but master king needs work- maybe new box spring or fix to slats at head of bed or securing headboard better as it was very squeaky and dipped down on one side. Also a/c unit in master would make loud whooshing sound randomly at night. No of these small things affected us having a wonderful vacation. I mentioned to office at check out so hopefully items will be addressed soon. If you’re looking for a nice laid back place where you don’t feel like you need get dressed up to walk through a lobby or restaurant, this is the place. Great for families, great beach for littles. This was our 2nd stay at Coral Gardens and we would not hesitate to go back. Oh and communication with booking agent was quick and responsive with all the info you need for Covid rules entering the country and easy check in for the condo.

Perfect in paradise

Our entire experience from check-in to check-out was flawless. The staff at Coral Gardens were kind, communicative, and helpful. The beach is pristine and the reef is lovely! We are divers, and the reef at coral gardens has plenty to showcase! Jerome, the property’s kind beach attendant is warm and hospitable. We were happy to have a full bar and restaurant at Somewhere right on the property. We have visited many Caribbean Islands and ate at dinner resorts on Grace Bay, but I can say with certainty we will be back to Coral Gardens!

perfect grace bay location

We've been to TCI several times in the past and always enjoyed Grace Bay. It really lives up to the claim "best beach in the world" The condo had great views and was spacious. The access to the reef is perfect, though, I think due to so many tours and overuse the reef is looking worse than when we first visited in 2008.

Perfect location on Grace Bay, clean condo with plenty of room for the whole family

Great condo on Grace Beach. Snorkeling available right off the beach. Somewhere restaurant connected to the property, great for afternoon drinks and apps. Jerome set up our chairs every day and hooked us up with daily excursions.

Great option

We really enjoyed the Coral Gardens Resort and our accommodations. The reef right off the beach has terrific snorkeling. The cafe on site is pretty good, albeit a little pricey. It is an older property but is very well maintained. If you stay here you may want to consider a rental car as nothing is within walking distance and cabs add up quickly. Being on the 3rd floor the view is terrific but might not be the best for someone that has trouble with stairs. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend.

Paradise!

My husband and I visited Turks & Caicos for the 1st time and also celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary there. It was a fantastic experience and one we look forward to experiencing again. We are already talking about planning our next trip possibly with our family and friends!
