Perched on the 9th floor, this beautifully decorated 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers stunning direct views of the Gulf of Mexico, providing the perfect backdrop for your beach vacation. Relax to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore as you unwind in this cozy coastal haven.

The Primary suite beckons with a King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. For additional guests, the condo features a Twin-sized bunk bed located in the hallway, offering extra sleeping space. The living room also provides a flat-screen TV, ensuring up to 4 guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, while the stacked washer and dryer keep your beachwear fresh. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit.

Parking:
Tradewinds does require parking passes. The complex charges $33/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard.
No parking of trailers, RV's, or watercraft allowed onsite.

Overall we enjoyed the beachfront property. It was our second stay at the Tradewinds. We booked it for the two bathrooms. We were notified the second bathroom was leaking into the downstairs condo from the HOH. Told someone would come in to check it out. Someone can in and turned the water off. Never heard back again if it was fixed or not so for 2 weeks we could not use the second bathroom. Microwave door handle loose. Window shade master bedroom bent and busted up.

My wife and I went to the beach for a conference/vacation. It is a smaller condominium which means not as crowded, which is a major plus for us. We have stayed at this complex several times and have never been disappointed. This particular room was just as advertised, everything functioned properly and the check-in process was seamless. I would definitely recommend.

Place was great would have been nice to know the sink in master didn’t work instead of a paper no saying do not use. There was mold on shower curtain. Tv in the bedroom wouldn’t connect to internet. And bathroom in hallway the toilet barely flushed. Would have chose a different place to stay knowing these things
