Welcome to the Gardens at Beachside Colony! This 1800 SQ FT 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is a great place to spend your next beach getaway. This gorgeous condo features 15' vaulted ceilings in the family room and master bedroom with a large private courtyard and hottub. You will be nestled in Tybee Island’s only true oceanfront condominium resort. The Beachside Colony Resort has three swimming pools, one of which is heated in cold weather (Tybee’s only heated pool) and a popular beach front restaurant and lounge, Marlin Monroe's, with complimentary WIFI internet access.

This condo is completely furnished. An open living space creates a great atmosphere for family and friends to enjoy, while 3 large bedrooms provide plenty of privacy. The Master Suite has a king size bed and a whirlpool tub. The queen bed has a brand new pillow top mattress! There are TV’s in all the bedrooms, as well as the living area which also includes a DVD player.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped for any kind of cooking you might choose to do.

The condominium is located in a great mid-island location across the street from Memorial Park which features the public library, YMCA, a wonderful playground, charcoal grilling stations; as well as volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts. You are also within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. This condo is NOT pet friendly. Parking for 2 vehicles.

This is a spectacular property. It is beautifully furnished and every chair and bed is extremely comfortable. The owners are super responsive and really care that their guests have a good stay. This was a great place to return to for a soak in our private hot tub after a busy day. Can't wait to come back!

Lovely central location

A great property for my husband and I and our three adult children. Located centrally on Tybee and just a short drive into Savannah. Easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, clean property, lots of space for our family of 6, pool on site, and the private hot tub was an added bonus. Communication with the owner was excellent with very quick responses. We would love to stay here again if we are traveling to Tybee Island in the future!

This was a wonderful rental, very well equipped and in a great location. We loved the hot tub, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and the well-stocked beach supply closet. The resort was in a great location with nice pools, excellent access to the beach and a good onsite restaurant and bar. For all that, the best part about this stay was the host: excellent communications and very welcoming.

Home away from home

The condo was very cozy and honestly, my family and I felt like we were truly home. We had everything we needed and the ultimate bonus was we were a 5 min walk from the beach! The property was quiet and relaxing.

Great location for walk to beach or pool. Beachside restraunt on site. Had drinks by the pools. Condo is large and comfortable. My girls loved relaxing in the swings with a book!

Great Spot for Family with great Beach Access

Enjoyed the nice condo, having 3 separate bedrooms, and the private hot tub. The electric grill on the patio didn't work well, but that was not an issue for us because everything in the kitchen worked great. Owner/manager was very responsive.

Large space for family

The location of this property was exactly what we were looking for. Near the beach and near our other family staying on Tybee. Close to everything, including the lighthouse, Marine Museum, nightlife and grocery stores. The Host was extra hospitable checking in throughout our stay. Thank you so much!
