This place was awesome. It had enough space for everyone to sleep, had numerous kitchen supplies and would respond if I needed anything. I would recommend this place as it is perfect

Beautiful condo with ample room, 3 bedrooms. Some ocean views from balcony. Ceiling fans and televisions in all rooms, and nice walk-in showers. Condo was well appointed with comfortable beds and linens. Appears recently remodeled with nice kitchen and appliances. Southern Belle was very helpful with prompt response any time we had property questions or concerns. Would recommend luggage carts for visitors and extra key fob for elevator, but great stay overall. Close to everything on the island.

The property was nice, the rooms were just right for our group of 9. It would have been great if there was a 3rd bathroom, or at least a 1/2 bath. Kitchen and living areas were nicely decorated. Property was convenient to ocean and pool. Would recommend to friends.

We’re glad the property worked well for your group of nine and that you enjoyed the kitchen and living spaces! It sounds like the location made it easy to get to both the beach and the pool too. Thanks for the recommendation, and we’d love to have you back again!

The pool was not open and we were not told until we arrived. We paid extra to stay here for the pool. This was disappointing. We were given a solution of a pool uptown but had to pay to park. The dryer did not work. Had to restart multiple times to get clothes dry. Struggle to get it looked at. When it was looked at they “fixed” it but it still didn’t work. A member of our party had to wait for handy man and was given no estimated time. Spent time on our trip dealing with this. House was nice and clean. There were just some issues we had.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. As soon as we were made aware that the on-site pool was unavailable, we reached out to all incoming guests to notify them and provide an alternative option. We understand this was still disappointing, especially since it impacted your plans.
