The Space:

The home sleeps 8 across three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and work desk with chair. Bedroom 3 includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds. You'll also find a half bathroom and a full guest bathroom with oversized vanity and shower/tub combo. The living room has ample sofa seating, a smart TV, and gas fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere during winter visits. The dining table seats 8 for group meals. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, a Keurig, French press, drip coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware. A washer and dryer are located in-unit. High-speed WiFi and streaming services keep you connected. Outside, the back deck offers comfortable seating where you can enjoy the mountain air. The private hot tub is available year-round, while the firepit and gas grill make summer evenings memorable. Parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and driveway. Not pet-friendly.



Guest Access:

Self check-in details will be provided before arrival. The home includes garage and driveway parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Street parking is permitted but do not block neighbor driveways. AWD or 4WD is required during winter months when snow is present. A Ring doorbell at the front door and Ring security camera by the garage door monitor the front exterior for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

You're 5 minutes from the Old Mill District, where you can shop and dine along the Deschutes River. Across the river, the Hayden Homes Amphitheater hosts live music with Cascade Range views. Downtown Bend is 8 minutes away and offers access to local breweries and taprooms. The Deschutes River provides family-friendly activities like tubing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano with panoramic viewpoint trails, is nearby. Trailheads into Deschutes National Forest are close for scenic hikes. The High Desert Museum south of town features local history and live wildlife exhibits. Newberry National Volcanic Monument and the Lava River Cave offer unique geological exploration.



Getting Around:

Mt. Bachelor ski resort is a 30-minute drive west for winter skiing and snowboarding. Downtown Bend is 8 minutes by car. The Old Mill District is 5 minutes away. Cascade Lakes Highway provides access to mountain lakes and multi-use trails. The Bend Municipal Airport is approximately 15 minutes from the home. Highway 97 runs through Bend and connects to major routes throughout Central Oregon.
