The location was wonderful. Home was great and inviting. The welcome gift was a nice touch. Beds were comfy and pillows soft. Floors were creaky and a little noisy but to be expected with the age. Overall great stay!

Nice Stop Over
The place is very historic and in a great location. We went to Ten11 that we walked to. Amazing restaurant. Very comfortable.
Our stay was amazing! The home was so nice, quiet and close to all Savannah has to offer. The hosts provide everything you may need for your stay, but just in case you forgot something there is a store very near by. We will be traveling to Savannah again and will definitely book here agin!
We had a wonderful stay at this property, it was exactly as listed. We walked in and the place was very clean and smelled lovely, you would NEVER know that this is a dog friendly property which is exactly how it should be. Communication with the owner was very quick and friendly. The patio on the front and back of the property were lovely, really liked the loft/ historic vibe that this property offered, it was very tastefully decorated. We also really liked that the Starbucks was walkable. My husband, two kids, dog and I had an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great property
We had the best stay and the bed, beyond comfortable!! The place was veey clean and then neighborhood was peaceful. 10/10 experience.
Really comfortable and inviting. Just minutes away from anything you might want to do in Savannah. This home was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The owners even left us a sweet treat and some snacks. Thank you for letting us use your home for a couple of days! We will definitely look you up the next time we’re down that way.
Great house within walking distance to Kroger, restaurants, and a short drive to the visitors center for cheap parking to see the sites. Driveway in back is big enough for two small vehicles or as in our situation a small SUV and a small motorcycle trailer. There is on street parking as well. We didn’t sleep in the big bedroom off the front entry, but the back bedroom was comfortable for 2 adults staying for 3 nights. Would stay again if coming back to Savannah.

Quaint, Clean, and Whimsical
I'm always a little leery of older homes in historical districts. It's been hit or miss, for me. Sometimes, I find places that are really nice with updated kitchens and baths, and other times I find places that are just...well...historical and older. This place was the former. It was updated in the areas that I like updated like baths and kitchens, while historical elements of the home such as hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and original doors retained its rustic and beautiful historic qualities. I had my mother and my wife with me, and they are really tough to please. However, I was relieved when they ooohed and ahhhed over the interior design of the unit. Then there was the location. I was afraid that I would have to fight for parking spaces, but there was ample parking available right in front of the unit. It is perfectly located just outside of the crowed downtown area, but close enough to walk to downtown. The place made for a great weekend. We will definitely be back.
We had the privilege of being the first guests at this wonderful apartment, and everything exceeded our expectations. The host was exceptional, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was fully equipped and even had extra touches that made our visit special.
The location was fantastic—walking distance to downtown and close to many great restaurants. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a thoughtful snack box, which was a lovely gesture.
I accidentally left my Apple Watch behind, and the host was incredibly responsive. Within minutes of reaching out, they assured me it would be sent back. True to their word, they promptly provided a tracking number.
I highly recommend this apartment for anyone planning a stay in Savannah. The combination of a great location, excellent amenities, and a thoughtful host makes it a perfect choice!
