The condo was as described and looked like the pictures. We had a nice view. Onsite staff was very friendly and helpful. Transportation to and from parking was quick and easy.
We had a great stay and enjoyed the cool escape from the hot weather back home. We never got the TV to work but we stayed busy. We plan to come back.

Great place for a mountain weekend stay!
My girlfriend and I stayed in this unit to celebrate her birthday weekend! The unit was very clean and comfortable! The view of the mountain was great and it was so easy to get from the condo onto the mountain! The unit was fully stocked with everything that you could possibly need during your stay! My birthday is coming up again soon and we have already talked about renting the same unit again!

Thank you for staying with us . We look forward to hosting you again .
I will start off by saying host did apologize and offer to pay me back in full. Have yet to do so and is not responding to my messages. Upon entering the property I already felt uncomfortable. I knew it looked a little out dated but in person it was worse. There was opened food in multiple cabinets. No real amenities… not the cleanest. The room with the twin beds that felt smaller than a twin and had plastic on the mattresses so that was uncomfortable from just sitting. This is not a cozy feeling condo and zero hospitality went into this rental. I would stay clear, especially for what they are asking for. We found another condo that was beautiful and close in price what we paid for this condo. Thankfully they could take us in. We did not stay one night. If you do take a chance on staying here you might as well compare to the cheapest motel in the area. Save your money.

Shuttle from parking lot at bottom of steep hill. Only 1 elevator in service, very long wsit times. Not a convenient place to stay.
Overall nice unit. Please be aware power for tv is turned on by a wall switch. Also hot water on faucet in primary bath is almost not existent. No water pressure for the hot side of the faucet. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. A Residence of the property was very rude and keep blowing the horn when we were waiting to load the truck. Overall the unit was clean, shuttle was very prompt, view is beautiful.
Unit was in need of new toilet seats and my spouse found dog poop beside the master bed. I talked with the cleaning lady at checkout and she was not the one that cleaned the condo last. Took 30 minutes to check in at gate and shuttle was very inconvenient to go back to our car.

Disaster
First off I’d like to say the owner is very nice and friendly and tried to accommodate for the mishap. We arrived to a dirty room that had not been cleaned after a 7 hour drive with 4 kids. We had to leave while the front desk lady cleaned our room. The host accommodated with a refund of 150.00. No light bulbs in the room worked and maintenance couldn’t help so we could barely see in our rooms. No internet/ tvs worked the entire stay. The master bathroom toilet stayed clogged the entire stay with no plunger in the room.
We stayed during the July 4th week. We had an hiccup that when we arrived, security told us to contact the owner because they had no communication that the unit was reserved for us. We panicked while looking for the owner's number and waiting for a call back. It was late in the afternoon when we arrived because we stopped for lunch and a little sightseeing prior to arrival. Alas, he responded and we checked in. We never did get the Netflix to work but had a great time. The view was fantastic and view of the Sugar Mountain fireworks from the balcony were great. Will return in the future. Next time, I will communicate with the owner to ensure the resort knows about our arrival.
We had a really nice stay! It was a super clean unit with a beautiful view of the ski slopes. (We loved drinking coffee & watching the skiers!) Richard was a great host and promptly answered all of my questions. The only thing that I would recommend is perhaps getting a new key system for the front door. My brother was the only one who could unlock the door it because otherwise it was very difficult. This obviously wasn’t enough to cause a negative experience though. In addition, we also loved the smart TV’s and comfy big couch in the living room! We would definitely stay here again.
Condo was nice. What made it terrible was the king size mattress. It was way too hard. It also felt like I was going to roll to the middle of the bed. Please replace the mattress!!!
We had a great time. The only detail that was not mentioned was the room faces the ski slopes. That was something I was looking for, so that was a plus. The property was clean. We enjoyed our stay!
The amenities at this condo are great! Hot tub, heated pool, steam room and sauna on the main level really did help us pick this condo and this location. It did get pretty busy in pool area in the evenings but my family of 5 still had plenty of room in either of the 2 hot tubs, pool, sauna or steam room. But the listing of this property states that this is a luxury condo. I disagree with this statement - it might have been a luxury condo building and unit in 1990 - but it was still a really good vacation. The condo is outdated and does not really have a working fireplace - that we could figure out anyways. It made a sound but produced zero heat nor flame. The kitchen is ample space with new refrigerator but everything else including the dishes and utensils need to be updated and cleaned and really organized too. The bathrooms were small with the worst toilet paper I’ve ever seen - I definitely recommend bringin your own. There was hand soap and exactly 6 towels in the unit. If you’re like us and want to make use of the hot tubs etc downstairs then you’ll definitely need to bring your own towels. I think it also needed more blankets and pillows too. It has a sleeper sofa but it has a mattress that I wouldn’t ask my worst enemy to use. Regardless, we couldn’t find sufficient sheets or blankets for it so we didn’t use the sofa bed. The kids’ room with 2 twin beds has 2 uncomfortable twin beds with old sheets and blankets. The reason I’m telling all of these details is because IMO when something is luxury I expect luxury linens too. Definitely linens from 1990 also. The master bed is not comfortable either and does not have ample blankets either. A winter retreat condo should have lots of extra blankets for those of us not used to the cold. Each bedroom and living room has a large tv so that was nice for evenings when we weren’t playing Scrabble which so nicely is provided by the unit. The hallway outside of the unit as well as the unit itself had a strange smell to us all. I think it was cleaning supplies smell but all of us found it not so appetizing of a smell. Checking in was actually a nightmare. I didn’t receive anything telling us the unit number so I assumed I just showed my listing confirmation. I was wrong. At the gate at the bottom of the mountain the guard wouldn’t let us go up. We had to wait in the freezing cold in the car for a long time before we were allowed up. Make sure you know how to get in your unit before you go.
The check-in process was unclear and it felt I was checking into a hotel. the property was nice but unclean, the dishwasher was not run from the previous guests and left an awful odor in the condo. There was not a shuttle to sugar mountain even though it was advertised in the listing. The checkout process was very unclear (take out the trash, put sheets on the bed, ETC)
It is a great location, great property, with wonderful amenities. It is still in remodel stage, so some projects weren't completed but that didn't bother us (missing towel bar, light, mouldings) Please adjust the welcome info to tell travelers about coffee, towels (bring your own for the pool) KEY/checkin expectations and the shuttle. The main issue was ther basic amenities that were not provided and need to be addressed: Tiny/thin bathroom towels, no spatulas, no ice (ONE tiny ice tray) ONE trash bag? These are basic and usually provided by the management/owner but were really lacking. A little extra info and attention to detail would go a long way. I don't want to leave this negative. The beds were comfy and one was giant! the finishings/furniture were nice, the staff and pool/hot tub/shuttle/gym and oh the view, were all amazing. thank you

Great view
There were no check out instructions posted prior to our arrival. I had to reach out to the host for the info. He didn’t respond in the messaging on the app so I called Vrbo and the host called me shortly after. He was very nice and offered to comp our stay if the place was not cleaned appropriately. The parking situation was less than ideal - having to wait on a shuttle when we wanted to go out and then back to the room. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were so hard, we couldn’t use them so half our party slept on the couch. The view was gorgeous and the best feature of the property.

Horrible communication!
The property was lovely and the amenities were very nice. However, the unit had a trash under the sofa and dirty linens in the bathroom! Additionally, I attempted to reach out to the owner about check in and check out procedures and never received any information! I could not recommend this host to anyone!
