Wonderful newly built mansion!6 suites with air conditioning!fantastic leisurebarbecue, swimming pool, prainha, spa with whirlpool! all furnished. Your 1st location was 1 year ago!It is in an ideal condominium for families with children and group of couples who want privacy!Condominium offers:
games room (snooker, ping pong, ping pong, deck and wi-fi), sports court, open air gym, play ground, surrounded by green woods, 500 m from the magnificent beach of Pernambuco, with fine sand and white with an incredible sea that offers 3 options: calm (almost natural pool), medium and strong waves (surf). Near the hotel and Shopping Jequitimar with restaurants, supermarket Sugar Loaf, shops, clubs, shows. We have one more fit 150 m from the beach of the cove (code 952876, 10 people), another on the beach cove, 8 people, code 3494673 and one fit in Ubatuba (10 people), large beach (code 904500), see this site!

Uma casa linda, com ótimas camas e duchas, e a piscina com hidro nem se fala... o condomínio é bastante sossegado, sempre um silencio e pouquíssimo movimento de carros, e é muito próximo à praia de pernambuco, que também é bastante tranquila. Sem dúvida vai dar saudade, estadia ótima para quem quer descansar com muita tranquilidade. Muito obrigado, dona Valdete!!!

Casa confortável na Praia de Pernambuco.

A casa é ótima, tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado, construção recente. Tem ar condicionado em todos os quartos e funcionam bem. A praia é das melhores de Guarujá. A dona do imóvel é simpática e prestativa. Condomínio com boa segurança e de fácil acesso, com mercados e peixarias próximas. WI-Fi de 25 Mb, ótimo. Voltaria com toda certeza. Super indico.
