Total of 06 bathrooms, dining room and living room fully equipped with split, American kitchen complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave and wine cellar. Deck overlooking high and sofa to 5 seats, chaise, private pool with hydro massage, heating, barbecue, beer, choppeira and refrigerator in the recreation area. Parking for 04 cars within the fully secured condominium that also has communal pool, party room, sauna and ice machine. Employed at the cost of daily and the possibility of hiring nannies.

a casa é impecavel, localização, limpeza, ampla, ar condicionado, utensilios. TUDO, EXATAMENTE TUDO NA CASA É MUITO BOM! ela fica em um condominio fechado, atendimento do pessoal do condominio tambem é excelente. super indicio a casa e com certeza voltarei e indicarei para conhecidos! anderson dono da casa, sempre super atencioso, dando dicas e me ajudando quando tinha duvidas.

Excelente

A casa é super aconchegante e bem equipada, os quartos são muito bons, com banheiro e ar condicionado, tem uma área de lazer ótima com piscina, churrasqueira, cervejeira, chuveiro, etc. A localização também é um ponto positivo pois fica muito perto da rua das pedras e de diversas praias. O único porém de toda a viagem foi a limpeza da piscina, que não foi realizada, deixando-a ruim de ser utilizada após alguns dias.

Caro Caio, primeiramente muito obrigado pela avaliação. Com relação à piscina, peço mil desculpas pela falha da bomba que queimou durante sua estadia. O piscineiro me contatou na 2a feira e imediatamente autorizei a compra de uma bomba nova, o que só conseguiu ser executado na 3a feira qdo vc já estava de saída. Desculpe-me pelo infortúnio mas realmente foi um imprevisto. Sempre à disposição desse hóspede q tratou da casa com muito cuidado.
