The property is a short drive to Pier Park, a large outdoor mall including Dave and Busters, the Skywheel, and The Grand 16 movie theater, featuring IMAX theaters. Last but not least, the condo is next door to Patches Pub, voted several years best wings and burgers in Bay County.
