Make yourself at home in this fabulous 2-bedroom/2-bath Panama City Beach retreat. This beautifully renovated condo features a king-sized bed in the master, with its own bathroom featuring a tub. The guest room has a queen-sized bed, a full-sized bed (with a twin bunk over the full). It features a step-in shower. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway. The condo sleeps a total of 6 very comfortably and would be perfect for families or friends vacationing together.
Enjoy the amazing views of the Gulf from the 8th floor balcony and take advantage of our complementary beach set-up (March thru October) consisting of 2 lounges and an umbrella. You will also have access to a large, heated pool, a kiddie pool, a hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts and a simple workout room.
You will be right next door to St. Andrews State Park and very close to Shell Island. These are great places to enjoy nature, see different types of land animals and gather some beautiful shells.
There are many great restaurants nearby like Patches (a local favorite), Schooners, Off The Hook, Dat Cajan Place, Finn's Barista Bar and Snack Shack, Andy's Flour Power Cafe and Bakery, and many more. There are also lots of shopping opportunities at Pier Park and Alvin's Island Beachwear. You can also take a water adventure with the Sea Screamer Boat tours, go to a wine tasting at Panama City Beach Winery or play putt-putt at Pirate's Island Adventure.

The condo was clean and ready upon check in. Remotes for ceiling fans were nice and having a washer and dryer made it very convenient. Having 24 hour security was also good.

We had an absolute lovely time here. Check in was easy, the place was stunning and spotless, and Anna was so communicative with us. She was so helpful! We forgot to bring some things down and the condo had what we needed. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, and the access to the beach was so convenient. We cant wait to come back with our kiddos.
This was the first time that we had stayed at a new condo in probably 15 years, and we knew we wanted to get even further down Thomas Drive. You can't get any further than this. The condo looked recently remodelled and very well taken care of. Being so close to St. Andrews State Park, you have a great place to walk uninterrupted along the beach, and even saw a couple of deer running down the sand dunes. Don't miss watching the fishing boats heading out in the morning from the balcony either. Overall, if you're looking for a quiet condo away from the noise of Front Beach Rd or further down Thomas Drive, look no further.

This a pleasure to give this review. First off Suzanne was wonderful to deal with. She went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. Her communication was top notch. We love this end of the beach. St. ANDREWS State park is the only thing to your east so no traffic. You're still very close to Walmart and excellent restaurants. Only 9 floors in each building. Not once did our elevator stop on another floor coming down from the 8th. And they were always working and fast. The walk to the beach, regardless of building or floor is short and easy. Plenty of parking with guard always at the gate. Gone are the days of knowing a code for garage, a code for door and code for beach. Very nice tennis and pickle ball courts. The whole property is well kept and clean. Our unit was perfect. Others may see something that i don't but im only there for a week. Great space, large comfy beds. I slept like a rock every night. Very clean. Nice TV's. Plenty of stuff in kitchen. Lots of beach stuff in closet. If i were to own this unit and live here long term is there anything id change? I would update tub/shower to walk-in shower with fold down bench seat. But was extremely pleased with everything. If i could rent this unit every time, i would definitely do so. Hope we're lucky enough to stay here again!!!

This was the perfect condo in the perfect location. Very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. It's obvious the owner has put a lot of effort and attention to detail in ensuring that their guests have an optimal experience. From the little things like having enough coffee pods / filters / cream / sugar to get you through your first night's stay, to the well stocked kitchen, to the excellent and super-friendly communication with host Suzanne. It's worth noting too that it wasn't just the condo that was super-nice. The property itself was well maintained with everything we encountered clean and in good working order. If you've ever stayed and one of these multi-floor condos you're probably familiar with ridiculous wait times that an occur at the elevators. Not here. Because the elevators actually worked, we never waited more than a minute or so all week for the elevator on our 8th floor. It helps too that the units are spread out across 3 different buildings so it feels smaller than it actually is. The local is laid back, very quite, and only one property away from St. Andrews State Park. I and my family have been coming to the PCB area for several years now, each time staying at a different property. We all decided that the next time we come back we are coming back here. It was THAT nice! All the little things added up to an amazing week here that we truly regretted seeing come to an end. Thank you so much to Suzanne and the owner(s) for a truly memorable week!
