Many of the rooms feature an ocean view .This home offers three covered patios and the top floor patio offers spectacular sunrises which is the perfect spot for your morning coffee. -Parking is tight and extremely limited. Maximum number of spaces available is 3. Any additional vehicles will need to park on 74th Ave N (first come first served)

-25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

-7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 4 night minimum outside summer season.

My FAMILY VACATION

The property was everything our was expecting.The house was very clean,well equipped with fresh towels, appliances utensils,it was home away from home.WE DIDN'T HAVE TO GO OUT AND PURCHASE ANYTHING BUT FOOD.THE OWNER WAS VERY NICE AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD.THE HOUSE WAS LOCATED IN A VERY VERY NICE NEIGHBORHOOD,AND ONLY A FEW STEPS TO THE BEACH.MY FAMILY STAY WAS SUPER GREAT

A few things to know...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was clean, neat, and had a great location. Some downsides: there were not a lot of extras in the house- no trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc. not even a sponge for washing dishes. The hot water ran out very quickly and there were many cold showers taken during our stay. The water pressure was also not very good. There is an elevator at the property. Although we didn’t need it, we would have like to use it to get our bags upstairs, but it didn’t seem to be working properly. The property came with linens and bath towels. We have plenty of all of those, but no extra blankets. A few of our days/nights were chilly and we could have used that as well. I would recommend this property for the location and space for a large family or two to share. Just know what to bring before you come!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very eventful stay we got stuck in the elevator and had to call 911. The instructions on the wall is not worth the paper it is written on because the phone does not work. Because of some handicap issues is why we pick the house with an elevator. So our morning of departure was very painfu. And all we got was we are sorry.
