In the Country Club Estates section of South Rehoboth Beach, guests arrive at 306 Hickman Street for their vacation at the beach. Situated approximately four blocks to the beach, this rental home is just a brief walk to Rehoboth Avenue's many shops and restaurants. With two stories, this single-family house features room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. On the first floor of this vacation rental, guests are treated to a large, open kitchen and dining area, as well as the living space. 306 Hickman also has an option for single-level living, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs, guests will find the remaining two bedrooms that share the second bathroom. If outdoor living is a must, then guests will love what this home has to offer - a screened porch and deck mean two great options for outdoor relaxing and dining! This is a non-smoking home.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $252.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
