We stayed in three different vrbos during our mini road trip and this was by far the best! It was so beautifully decorated, very clean, and the property was so peaceful and relaxing! The beds were also extremely comfortable! It was super close to some nice hiking trails and The Caverns concert venue. I would definitely stay here again!
The cabin was perfect. Clean with all of the amenities you need for a short stay. Close to The Caverns and great shopping in Monteagle. Highly recommended.
The cabin is so cute. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable. If I could make a suggestion, I would say that it is VERY difficult to find the driveway at night. Thankfully we were given instructions on where to find the driveway in the welcome email, but it was still difficult in the dark even with knowing where to look. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
Beautiful and quiet property was absolutely perfect. It was clean and cozy and felt amazing coming inside from the heat. Perfect for a couple. Fantastic location for visiting The Caverns for a tour or a show. If you stay here, do yourself a favor and visit the Mountain Goat Market in Monteagle. The line will be long, but it moves fast, and I promise it is worth it.
What a great little cabin with easy access to Fiery Gizzard trailheads. This cabin has a rustic feel when you pull up to it and what a big surprise when you enter the cabin. Modern interior with everything you need for a couple days of peace and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
This is a great cabin for a couple, or a couple with one or two children. The cabin is very clean, well stocked, and everything seems new. We loved hanging out on the back porch swing. It sits back off the road, and you have a lot of privacy. The kitchen was well stocked. No complaints. It fully met our needs for a weekend of hiking and the outdoors.
Kitchen was very good. Didn’t have enough coffee for the two of us for the time we were there - only two regular coffee k cups. There was little/no storage for our luggage - just a little area that things could improve. Otherwise it was very adequate, comfortable, quiet, and clean. We were able to cook two meals for two in the kitchen. The electrical socket directly behind the faucet gave us pause. Really easy check-in. Very well maintained and located. Pretty inside and out.
The positives: The host email was from a management company and were fine. The cabin was very clean. The setting out the front door was looking to the woods and was nice. The negatives: The bed was extremely soft, and although this is subjective, I felt that the quality was definitely lacking. Both my partner and I came away with aching bodies from the poor mattress. The pillows were hard large lumps and we couldn't use them. Again, seems like the quality was lacking. We were only two people, so did not use the loft bed, but the vertical ladder had round dowels for rungs rather than a flat ladder step and I would not want to use the ladder. Just didn't seem safe.
