Tucked into the end of a quiet Cul De sac, well kept, nice neighborhood. located only a few miles to Autzen stadium and U of O. Near Costco, restaurants, and multiple shopping centers. Large kids park just around the corner. The property features a large automated garden with fresh berries, fruits, and seasonal vegetables for guests. The master bedroom opens through the slider to a new deck with a firepit and 4 chairs. Please note the 3rd bedroom also seconds as the laundry room/access to the garage. The washer and dryer is covered by curtains and has the small fold out twin. There is a closet and large window in the room. It used to be a permanent bedroom but was converted to bring the services and access inside.

Bedrooms

Lovely house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We had 2 couples and it was perfect for that, however the listing shows 3 bedrooms which is not really correct. The 3rd bedroom is actually a small pullout couch in a small room that doubles as the laundry room.

Great space, love the plant vibe and location!

hat a gem of a house! It’s centrally located near grocery, restaurant and shopping. So close to Eugene w/o being in a busy spot. The house is furnished with really nice details,: nice bedding, great decor, cozy bed and all the things you need for your furry friends. Really appreciated the hosts communication before and after to our visit.

Absolutely do NOT book if you have a family

Listing is extremely misleading. You think you’re getting a 3 bed/2 bath - you are not. You’re getting 2 bed/2 bath and a freezing cold laundry room with a tiny pull out that they are claiming to be an additional bedroom. There is no window in this tiny room - it is NOT a bedroom. This room shares a wall with the garage and so it is freezing cold in there. We had to buy our own space heater to keep our son warm and comfortable. When we arrived I compiled this laundry list of issues. •crumpled up damp blanket in the dryer•washer was extremely filthy - we had to clean it our selves with our own purchased cleaning products before we trusted it to re wash all the damp/muggy towels, damp blanket, and of course our clothes.•dog poop in backyard - my boyfriend had to clean all of this before we allowed our dog to go back there•lint roller tape garbage on the master bed•broken towel rack in master bath•laundry room as the “3rd bedroom”•WiFi username was incorrect compared to actual WiFi username•all windows were open when we arrived - it’s winter, so it was freezing the moment we walked in and we had to go around the house turning on each individual heater.•towels in laundry room were folded and put away slightly damp - so we re washed the ones we used•freezing in the laundry room - no heat control - had to buy our own space heater - which obviously cost us•stains on master bed’s comforter•no bag in recycling bin in kitchen - just an empty bin•no plungers in bathrooms

Perfect Location/ Very nice neighborhood

Definitely didn't disappoint everything you see in the pictures that are listed are on point. Very clean kitchen is Beautiful, the live plants inside and out are very happy . The host is very quick to responding back for questions that we had ! Please consider staying her it was a great stau

Amazing house!

Great house that was centrally located in Eugene. The house was clean and Josiah responded quickly! We also appreciate how dog friendly the house is. We would definitely stay here again!
