The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels in washing machine and start.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash bins are located on the South side of the house in the backyard. Please place cans out on Sunday night if you are staying until Monday.
Dog Waste- Make sure to clean up after your pet. Discard all dog waste into the outside trash bin. A $50 fee will be charged per incident.
Noise- This is a quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. Please respect the noise ordinances which run from 10 PM to 8 AM.

We are University of Oregon alumni and ended up staying in Eugene. We love experiencing all the seasons and recreational activities that Eugene has to offer. When at home, we are working in the yard, attending sporting events or walking our golden doodle around the neighborhood. Go Ducks!
