About this property

Two Bedroom Villa Five Minute Walk to the Beach!

This newly updated Hickory Cove villa is located within a five minute walk of the beach, the tennis and pickleball club and the first tee of the Robert Trent Jones golf course.

This fantastic villa features two bedrooms and three baths, with a newly updated and fully equipped kitchen and full sized laundry room along with newly remodeled bathrooms. The kitchen updates include all-new appliances and new customized cabinetry with updated hardware! The carpet has been recently replaced and the villa has been newly painted throughout.

On the first floor, you will find a spacious living room equipped with a 42 inch Smart TV, queen-size sleeper sofa as well as a full bath. The living room furniture has just been updated as of November 2023.

Sliding glass doors from the living room will lead you outside to an elevated deck furnished with a table with four chairs along with a gas grill. Completing the first floor is the Primary bedroom with king bed, Smart TV and a remodeled private bathroom with new quartz countertops. A small balcony off this room is great for a quick breath of fresh air!

The guest bedroom is located on the second floor and offers one twin bed and one double bed with a remodeled bathroom along with a private balcony. There is also a daybed with a trundle bed on the landing furnished with bright colors. This delightful two bedroom townhouse will comfortably accommodate up to six people.

Additional amenities include a large on-site pool within short walking distance. Two free hours of tennis or pickleball court time per day (first come first served) and wireless internet help to make this villa ideal for golfers, a small family or group of friends.

Complex Pool is open April 1 - September 30 and hours and dates are subject to change.

Overall, a nice place to stay...

Pros: this two bedroom condo was very clean and had plenty of room for two couples (along with a child or two.) The condo was nestled in a quiet area with extremely easy access to a nice swimming pool and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was stocked to meet all of our needs. Cons: We had family staying across the street and they were provided an ample supply of beach accessories and bikes...would have been a nice addition to this place. Our biggest issue with this condo was the noise from the A/C blower. It sounded like a jet blower in both bedrooms...enough to hinder a restful sleep.

Vertical blinds in den were broken if you tried to open, at least one fell off, stains on carpet upstairs, never was able to watch TV that we wanted. Needed detailed instructions on tv. Close to RTJ Golf, Alexander’s, Pickle ball and tennis centre and the beach/Dunes. 5e place was comfortable but could definitely use a little TLC. It was not very well cleaned on arrival which did not help the overall assessment. Towels definitely need replacement. Furniture is quite old. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all for sitting. Kitchen is well equipped and very functional. Didn’t use the grill as there was no brush to clean it. Nice back desk to sit on. Great bird life in and around the condo.

Great for just 2. Good washer, dryer. Dishwasher is aged. Not perfect but we did enjoy our stay.

We were a short walk from the beach and enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio...even saw a family of deer stroll by.
