Our 2 upscale 7806 and 7808 Villas with Sofabeds, sleep 8, have beautiful lagoon views. These upper-level villas are quiet and include vaulted ceilings and beautiful lagoon views. One extra benefit is that you will enjoy the peace of a villa where you do not hear the footsteps of those above you.

Our ocean-oriented villas are conveniently located on Carnoustie Road in Palmetto Dunes, a lovely plantation. They are only 3 tenths of a mile from the beach, with beach parking available at the Disney Beach Club as well. FREE tennis court time is offered in these Centrecourt villas and high-speed internet access is available as well. Only a short walk to all your favorite activities. Choose from swimming, tennis, pickleball, golf, biking, hiking, fishing, and canoeing, kayaking. All of your favorite activities are just a short walk from the villa. Travel + Leisure Family magazine named this 2,000-acre paradise the #1 family resort in the United States.

Each villa offers the conveniences of a home with the amenities of a resort villa. The beautiful interiors of 7806 & 7808 Centrecourt feature an open floor plan with balconies overlooking a quiet lagoon that abounds with wildlife. These Centrecourt villas have two master bedroom suites, each with two queen beds, a make-up/dressing area, a full mirror over the vanity, and a separate bath. These decorator-furnished villas are spacious, fully equipped, and kept in excellent condition. The kitchens have all the necessities of a home - cookware, dishes, glassware, coffee pot, blender, toaster, and of course an oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the villa's kitchen closet. The Centrecourt villas also offer large living and dining areas with lagoon views. You'll have all the comforts of a well-appointed yet surprisingly affordable home.

Our Centrecourt villas have a Centrecourt pool only 50 yards from our villas and have onsite tennis maintained by the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.

Beach Getaway

This was our first time in Hilton Head and it was fantastic. The villa was located in a nice quiet area in Palmetto Dunes. All the amenities were a short walking distance from the villa and the beach was terrific! We had everything we needed in the villa for a comfortable stay. Cheryl and Herb were great to communicate with.

Great location -10 minute walk to beach. Easy access to palmetto dunes stores and restaurants. Modern condo. Neighborhood pool is a little small for the number of properties. Would recommend and would rent again.

Folks love the location for its ease at reaching the places that help make their vacation extra nice! The pool is super for children since it allows them to feel safe and has a wide entry area where it is shallow for them to play. It's great for adults to cool off and get moderate exercise.

Unit was very clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the layout and having 2 queen beds in each BR was a plus. Short bike ride (or walk) to the beach and easy walk to the General Store for the evening ritual of Ice Cream.

Hilton Head pleasure

We had such a nice stay at the Palmetto Dunes. I was in pickleball heaven, my husband enjoyed walking to the golf course. Plus an easy walk to the beach and other amnities. The villa was spacious and clean. The owner was easily reachable if needed. You definitely have to check this place out.

Palmetto Dunes Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Cheryl and Herb's place. It was comfortable and suited our family very well. We appreciated the double queen beds in each room. Great spot

We just left the turnberry property and the pix don't do it justice! We were very comfortable and thanks for the tennis. My sons and I played several days! We really hope to come back again! The weather could not have been any better. This was our first trip to HH, already thinking about next year! My boys loved looking for the gators!

Palmetto Dunes Villa

My boyfriend and I stayed at Cheryl and Herb’s place for our Hilton Head vacation. This was not our first time on the island but it was our first time staying in the Palmetto Dunes area and it won’t be our last! We loved the location of this villa as it was close to the beach, restaurants, and the general store. The check in and check out processes were very easy and the villa was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for a couples vacation or a family trip. The pool was also fantastic and a short walk from the villa and the complex had plenty of parking. We would absolutely recommend staying at this villa!

Happy in Hilton Head!

Excellent location in Palmetto Dunes - close to beach, shopping, activities (especially pickle ball and tennis courts), pool, restaurants. Hosts were great communicators, friendly and extremely helpful when we needed assistance. We enjoyed the balcony space and its furnishings, as well as the spacious, comfortable living and dining rooms. Being.a party of 3 adults, we truly appreciated having 2 bathrooms! A huge positive for us was the fact that this upper villa is pet-friendly. and is obviously well treated by those visiting pets! Ideal location! Quiet. Off the main strip but close to the main attractions. Clean. Ample space. Plenty of light from windows and shade from trees. Comfortable furniture except beds were very firm. A Perfect fit for us.

This Center Court property was ideal for my wife and I. It was very well maintained, very clean, and well stocked. To us, the location was perfect; a few minutes walk to the ocean, a short drive to numerous restaurants, the General Store and deli just across the bridge, and the miles of bike trails. My favorite part is the covered deck overlooking the lagoon. Beautiful. The owners were very helpful with everything from the beginning, including coaching me on the cable TV on a Sunday night. This will be my first choice on my next visit to Hilton Head.

Nice place!

Our family of five came for a last minute weekend getaway trip. We arrived at 1:00 in the morning and to our surprise their was no guest pass available for us to get in to the resort. I reluctantly called Cheryl at 1 am and she cleared up the manner very quickly. When we got to the condo the key would not work. I had to call Cheryl once again. She called security and they were not able to get in. By this time it was around 2:15 am. I was finally able to get in by other means(jimmying) the lock. Someone had apparently placed a storage key in the lock box. After all this we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. Sometimes things happen and it just happened to be us😜. We would definitely stay again !

Excellent accommodations backing up to river

Cheryl was an excellent host. She readily answered my questions through the week. She quickly resolved an issue with the refrigerator door. It is obvious they want to take care of the property! Cheryl provided excellent information before arriving to the location - extremely thorough. The unit was clean and well cared for. The rooms are well separated for parents and children. You are between .25 & .5 miles from the beach. It is an easy walk. We drove as we had a lot of beach toys & a large pop-up tent but next year we will just use our cart to carry everything to the beach. We won't be bringing the blow-up paddle boards as the ocean was a bit too choppy to make them fun. The river kayaking is a MUST. We also rented a pontoon boat. Not cheap but totally worth it. My daughter was saying this was on the best vacations ever & we have traveled to New Zealand, Thailand and the Bahamas. I highly recommend this location.

GREAT VACATION

I would like to start out by saying, this was the best villa that we have stayed in since we started going to HHI. The villa was very CLEAN, lots of room, stocked with more than most villa's we've stayed in, the patio overlooking the lagoon was plenty big enough for all that was in my crowd, to eat meals on and enjoy our surroundings. We found ourselves sitting out there first thing in the mornings watching the wildlife, and late at night just enjoying the peace. Having the 4 queen size beds was great! And the best thing was, they were comfortable. 2 big bathrooms, with plenty of room for 2 adults in each to get ready at the same time to go out. This villa was very close to the beach and the pool. The owner" Amy" was so nice and easy to work with. The manager "Cheryl" also very nice and very helpful with anything that she could. They recommended several places to go while on the island, (we did try them to) and supplied us with much information that we may need during our stay. We are planning another trip in Sept. and hope to be staying here again! Thanks Amy! Thanks Cheryl! We had a great time!!!!

We loved it!

The villa was perfect for 2 couples. It was nicely decorated and had all the items we needed for a week of relaxation and fun. What we loved most is the location within Palmetto Dunes. It was so easy to get to the beaches, restaurants, pickle ball courts (tried for the first time), bike rental and golf. We used the Dune shuttle service when we didn't feel like walking. Gorgeous scenery and the river view and pool close by were a bonus. The hosts are so responsive and replied to all questions we had prior with a call and email.

Many don't realize the benefit of being close to the ocean and to overlooking our lagoon. Beauty and tranquility are right there! They also may not understand how much quieter the upper-level villas in Centrecourt are. Location does make a huge difference.

Great space and location

Property was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. Close to the general store in PD and an easy walk to the beach.

Hilton Head Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay at Cheryl and Herb’s Centercourt condo. The condo is well maintained and the photos on vrbo accurately portrays the condo. It is a short 10 minute walk to the beach and even shorter walk to Alexander’s restaurant or the little store in Palmetto dunes. We especially enjoyed how quiet the location is and enjoyed sitting on the covered porch and visiting with family. Parking was easy as there was always ample parking available in front of the condo. I’d like to thank Cheryl for being very responsive to all questions and getting back to me very quickly. We enjoyed our stay!

The location of the villa is ideal for so many activities yet, the privacy and lovely lagoon view make this area exactly the right mix for those wishing for fun activities and the enjoyment of the beauty and peacefulness of our island. We have been sharing our villa with vacationers for over 30 years and know many spots to refer folks to visit and experience. We can easily help with suggestions or questions that may arise and we love sharing our place with others.

Nice condo

Nice, spacious condo with many updates. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach with walkways the entire way. Nice area to take a walk. There's tennis, golf and a pool very close.

We love the area. The villa is close to the many vacation choices folks enjoy. And after your beach time, tennis match, golf game, or swim in the pool, you can return to our spacious updated villa with lovely water views too. Taking a relaxed stroll or powerwalk throughout the resort or biking are also a great options.

Our family was on the way home from a Disney World vacation when we stopped to visit Hilton Head Island on the recommendation of a friend. After spending several days on the island we knew that this was the place that we would want to come year after year as long as we could share the costs of ownership with others who would like to rent from us. We now are coming down not only with our children but with our grandchildren who love vacationing there as much as we do. Last summer Ava, then 6 and Nile, then 8, turned into real swimmers and would spend hours doing either frog and dolphin-like strokes and searching the ocean floor for sand dollars which they kept under water so as not to hurt them. This was truly a life-changing summer vacation. The girls went home to sign up for swim team and soon after were telling me about their flip turns and swim events. We hope that you will read the comments many of our guests have made to see how many special vacation opportunities abound and will find the magic of the island for yourselves.

Why they chose this property

We chose our sunny 7806 Centrecourt villa because of the beautiful view of the lagoon which sparkles in the sun and attracts egrets, herons, and other wildlife. The villa offers excellent views of the lagoon since all major living areas in it do overlook this lovely lagoon. The villa also has a light airy feel since it faces the south and also has a vaulted ceiling and bay window. We love the layout which is spacious and well planned. Centrecourt is both a short walk to the beach and centrally located on the island so essentially everything that we could want to do or see is close by. Each visit brings new discoveries and new adventures. Come and see for yourselves. You too will be won over by this wonderful vacation villa, the beauty of the surroundings, and the wealth of ways to explore and enjoy the island! And, now we have added 4 villas nearby to our group so that groups can easily rent 2 or 3 villas if those villas are still available to book. We find that folks return year after year to the beauty and comfort they seek and know they can count on!

When renting a Centrecourt villa you will have free tennis court times at the adjacent courts plus weekly tennis exhibitions to view, free Palmetto Dunes Buggy service to take you anywhere you wish to go in Palmetto Dunes or Shelter Cove, weekly fireworks during the high seasons, dining opportunities at both casual and elegant restaurants, and many exciting nightspots for dancing and fun. You can explore the pristine marshes of Broad Creek, paddle our 11-mile lagoon system, golf at championship golf courses nearby, soak up the sun and enjoy the warm waters of the ocean & find the kind of relaxation that only comes from listening to the surf and sound of the seagulls.

Music & Taste on the Harbour is back on Thursday nights at Shelter Cove Harbour starting March 30 (weather permitting). Enjoy live music, great food, casual waterfront dining, unique shopping & beautiful sunsets.

HarbourFest at Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina on Hilton Head Island, SC is a weekly celebration during the summer (every Monday - Friday) with live music featuring Shannon Tanner, entertainment from Cappy the Clown, art & crafts & activities for kids. Tuesday nights during HarbourFest are the traditional fireworks nights featuring a spectacular show that lights up the summer nighttime sky. This family-friendly event has been enjoyed by thousands of visitors for the last twenty-seven years!
