Welcome to "Casa Del Rio Rojo 08".....your cozy escape just one block off Main Street, located in town at 208 E. High Street, right in the heart of Red River! This one bedroom, one bathroom home offers one queen bed and a queen futon, sleeping 4, a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes & silverware, with modern comforts like a smart TV, gas fireplace, jetted bathtub, high speed WiFi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Step outside to a back deck enjoying the mountain air with your favorite people—and it's pet-friendly, so furry friends are welcome too! Enjoy easy access to shopping, dining, and nightlife, all within walking distance, and take in beautiful views of the Red River Ski Area from this ideally located home. The Red River Park is just 1 block away where many events take place and just 2 blocks to the Red River for fishing and hiking the nature trail. Whether you're here to explore or relax, this downtown retreat has everything you need for a memorable stay!

Clean linens, toiletries, trash bags, an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels, dish washing liquid and detergent are provided. We provide 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth per person. You are welcome to launder these towels for further use. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

For larger groups traveling together, consider renting the adjacent properties, "Casa Del Rio Rojo 10" and "Shady Lady". Each sleeps 4.

Parking in front of the unit is limited to 2 vehicles only. No trailer parking, however, additional overflow parking is available for additional vehicles and trailers in the municipal parking lot located next to the City Park just a few blocks away. Please note that the municipal parking lot may be closed during town events.

Free Shuttle service provided by the Town of Red River can get anywhere you need to go around town, with just a simple phone call.

Pets Welcome! (2 pet max, 25 lbs or under) Non-refundable Pet fee of $75 per pet plus tax is required. Pets shall not be left unattended at the property at any time. A minimum of $500 charge if pet is not registered with paid rent fee. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. If you do not clean up after your pet, a $100 fee will be charged for us to provide this clean up service for you.
