We are originally from Wisconsin but have made The Villages our home since 2022. We live close by The Villa and would love to share our neighborhood with you.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood due to the close proximity of the golf courses, Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock Square. The Villa is also close to shops and restaurants on 466A.
What makes this property unique
The property is unique because of it's recent renovation! Brand new flooring, bathroom upgrades and furniture. Enjoy our sunroom and courtyard! We are 2.4 miles by golf cart from Lake Sumter Landing and 2.5 miles from Brownwood Paddock Square. Two golf courses are within minutes from the front door. Two pools also within minutes from the front door. There are so many options to choose from!
