Nice location with exactly what we needed for a Brooklyn visit! The host was very responsive, check-in/check-out was easy, the bed was very comfortable, and we'd be happy to stay here again!
Our host was very responsive and gave accurate information. The neighborhood was great with lots of small restaurants and very walkable. The space was very homey.
Very old building as one would expect in this neighborhood. Very clean apartment and kitchen is well appointed. Walking distance to family and many good neighborhood restaurants.
Property is in a good neighborhood, and clean. Building hallway interior stairs are worn out, but not sure if the whole building needs renovation. Recommend to replace sofa bed mattress, springs are worn and uncomfortable to lay on.
This place was perfect for us. Very clean, and great location. Walking distance to the train, and grocery stores and restaurants along every corner. Our only complaint was the WiFi, which didn’t work much but Spectrum had a public service we could use. Watching TV was difficult (lots of lag & buffering) but we didn’t spend much time watching television so it wasn’t a big deal. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We will definitely be back!

Location is great. Apartment is spacious. Kitchen lacked toaster and knives were so dull as to be not useful. Main wood floor was dirty. Bedroom closet was filthy. No washcloths provided.
Its a nice place. Sarah kept it pretty good in shape except few things to mention: Loud music all night long over the weekend (beware), Lock code instruction can be better, it would be nice to have even a travel size shower gel or body wash with body lotion as Shampoo and Conditioner were provided.
Great short term rental for husband to stay at while out of state working. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Said he’d stay again. The communication from the host Sarah was above par and made things super simple. Thanks again

The floor throughout the space was dirty. We could not walk without slippers as a result. The tub had visible, old rust around the drain which made it look filthy. Also, there was no iron or ironing board. When asked if there was one in the apartment, I received no response
The space was nice with plenty of complementary items, like tea, coffee, sugar, etc. The kitchen was also stocked with essentials which was pretty nice.
The base of tub had a bit of grit from cleaning products, but other that space was clean.
The Smart TV was perfect & extenstion cord for my electronics was provdied.
DO NOT STAY HERE! I have already escalated to my bank this place has 2-3 flights of unsafe stairs, the hall stinks! The room has bug particles! Stinks of bug spray! Tub nasty! Host is the worst I’ve ever dealt with! I left within an hour of arriving and the host says “no refund for nth!!” VRBO says they basically don’t care as it’s up to the host! My first time in NY and this host and property made my entire trip ruined went for nye and spent the first 5 hours of getting there arguing, and trying to find other accommodations I wish I could give this zero stars! Also the door has been kicked in a bunch of times and just patches absolutely unsafe! Room floor damn near caved in!
Cute little apartment with the basic necessities. It's up a couple flights of stairs with no elevator. Unfortunately the address listed in the VRBO booking isn not accurate. We received check in instructions on a separate website that had the correct address but we figured it out too late after parking, unloading the car, and trekking to the wrong building in freezing cold. Otherwise the stay was good and communication with the managing company was fine. Great authentic NYC neighborhood.
Great place, apartment was clean EXCEPT for the floor.
Great place, near Wycoff station. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows. Coffee, tea, hairdryer, shampoo & conditioner all supplied. Very clean, except for the floor, which didn't appear dirty, but my socks and feet were black from walking around. Kitchen is well supplied with essentials, but needs new silverware and more than one cheap dishtowel, that would not absorb any water.. But plenty of paper towels, which I used instead! . Contact person was very pleasant. Could use instructions on how to use the oven and TV, neither of which would turn on. Didn't ask for help with either, however.. Also, need detailed instructions for opening the door with the code. I hit the big center button to get started. & it locked me out of the system , requiring a phone call and 10 minute wait while the owner/ manager reset the code.
As soon as i checked in to the place, i found a dead roach on the floor. The apartment floor was so dirty it turned all of our socks black on the bottom. The bathroom cup & shower also had a layer of black dirt on it. The silverware drawer was also disgusting with a thick layer of white goop and black dots on all of the silverware, made us not even want to eat in general. The fridge also leaked at some early morning hour during our stay and the downstairs tenant called the fire department whom which woke us up inspecting the rental at that early hour. The side cushions to the pull out couch also had nails poking out of it, i guess in attempt to once hold it together? But those nails were rusty and sharp and are absolutely a danger to someones saftey especially a child. Overall this place was so disgustingly dirty that i consider it a biohazard and a threat to whomevers health that stays there.
