The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Sadly, the bathtub in the bathroom would clog up after showering. The tiniest trash can was all we had along with 1 pan to cook with. Also, there wasn’t enough blankets for 5 people so we had to go out and buy one. But Toju was nice enough to Cash App us back.

Thank you for your feedback, Alaina. I’m glad you found me responsive and easy to communicate with. I’m sorry to hear about the bathtub issue. Unfortunately, this wasn’t brought to my attention during your stay. Had I known, I would have contacted building management immediately to resolve it. Regarding the blankets, the apartment is set up with bedding for the queen bed, plus additional blankets for the living room sleeping areas. When you let me know you needed another blanket, I was happy to reimburse you for purchasing one locally so you didn’t have to wait. We appreciate the feedback on the kitchen supplies and have since added additional cookware and kitchen items for future guests. As for the trash can, it’s intentionally sized for the typical 1–2 night stays, though we understand larger groups may generate more waste. It was also my pleasure to accommodate your early check-in several hours before the standard 3:00 PM check-in time. Thank you again for staying with us, and I appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.
