We stayed here October 2026 - when the heat wave hit! The house was super hot inside, but lots of fans were provided which was nice! There were 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 kids. The house worked out perfectly. The balcony was awesome to have, lots of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas which I was very happy about! The beds were very firm, if you like firm beds then it will work out for you! The house itself wasn't stocked as much as other VRBOs we've been at (i.e. towels, paper towels, kitchen items etc), which was the only downside - not enough to ruin our vacation though! It was a great little house. I really liked being on the 2nd floor to see out at the park. I was worried about noise, but it was very quiet!

Excellent location!! From the second story, we could see the ocean! That was cool. On the second day they were worried about the hurricane and built a huge berm that blocked the view. But normally would be a great view. The location was so good though… easy to walk to the pier and enjoy the waves, etc. Food and TVs at cruisers was so good. And food at Rubys on the pier was great too. Also, easy walk to fun zone, and ferry ride to Balboa island. Then a super fun walk to the Main Street shops there. Great fun! House could use newer kitchen supplies, but normal for a beach front house like this. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Master bath needs remodel but hall bath shower is super nice. Great stay! Thanks!! Recommend rent AC in hot times, or avoid house in afternoons.
