VACATION HOME IS LOCATED IN KEY COLONY BEACH just a 2-3 Minute Walk to the Private Members Only "CABANA BEACH CLUB"

Welcome to our Casa Mar Azul III, an upscale and luxurious 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath newly constructed home (Duplex Home) with a private heated pool that sleeps 8 people. Located at 260 Sadowski Causeway or 6th ST in Key Colony Beach. We offer a "King Bed" in the Master Suite with an attached Master Bathroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom and a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room. So this home sleeps 8 people. Both bathrooms are Full size bathrooms. (Master Bathroom has double vanities).

Please take note! Our home is SMOKE-FREE and CLEAN and NO PETS PLEASE. WE HAVE FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET!

*** You Will Receive a "BEACH PASS TO THE "CABANA BEACH CLUB " and is located within a 2-3 minute walk from our vacation home. ***
THE CABANA CLUB that has a huge swimming pool, whirlpool, restaurant, snack bar, café, beach, lounge chairs, patio table and beach lounge chairs and more.

This homes comes with membership to Cabana Club.

No day guests or visitors allowed above the max. advertised occupancy.

Key Colony offers a trailer storage lot on 8th St. ($150 per week*)
