Experience true Florida living in this charming beachfront property!! This amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has an open and spacious living and dining room area, a fully stocked and beautifully updated kitchen with granite counter tops, lovely décor with tasteful colors, tile and wood flooring throughout as well as a lovely balcony right off of the living room. Each condo has 2 balconies for use, 1 off the Master bedroom and the other overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! This location is perfect for a family getaway as there is a park in the front of the property and a pool and the beach in back! Unit #4 is 2 flights of stairs up and on the north corner. Come and play on our beaches today!! PLEASE NOTE: This is a totally non smoking property. There is no elevator at this location, only stairs for access. This property does allow for shorter stays at certain times of the year. Please contact us for more details.

.Sunset Villas is a unique and adorable beachfront property in Redington Shores. This location has 4 different 2-bedroom, 2 bath units with each having a semi private beachfront balcony from the living room area as well as a private balcony off the front of the condo. Each condo has a comfortable beach décor throughout, individual washer and dryer for use, onsite parking and each sleeping up to 5 guests. Onsite is a heated - private pool, direct beach access, playground area across the street for the kids, charcoal grill and patio area for those evening cookouts along with everything else that you need for a truly memorable beach vacation

The area is great too! Redington Shores is ideally located and close to everything. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 2.5 miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area. Beautiful stretches of beach, great spots for fishing, swimming, snorkeling, jet skiing, surfing and more. You will surely have a blast building sand castles at Redington Beach. Location is great. The area isn’t crowded at all. The pool right on the beach was nice to have! However, the condo was not the cleanest. There was food splatter on the kitchen cabinets, the toilet was dirty around the bottom and under the seat and the bedroom had juice (?) splatter in the bedroom floor and on the bedspread. I didn’t plan on doing as much cleaning and washing linens on vacation. But other than that-thanks for the stay!

Great Location

This property has amazing views of the gulf and sunsets. It is ideal for a small family. Having a pool on the beach is great because you have the choice.

Very happy with our stay

We were satisfied with our stay. The condo was clean. Actually, it smelled like they just cleaned the place when we arrived. A very nice neighborhood and surrounded by upper scale properties. Awesome view that's right on the beach. I would recommend this property to my family and friends.

Great location

This property is in the perfect location! My only complaint is that we had to drive to the rental office to pick up and drop off the key. Both trips were out of our way. A lockbox would be excellent!

Perfect location!! Couldn’t have been more pleased.

Sunset Villas did not disappoint. Location was perfect and the pool and beach access were awesome. Master bedroom mattress was almost as good as our sleep number at home. We will definitely stay here again. Only suggestions would be to add a few new coffee mugs and wine glasses. But wine at the beach still tastes great from just about anything :)

Perfect sunsets on the beach

The property was just as described. Plenty of room for 4 adults to stay. A full kitchen with access to outdoor grill. The pool and chairs were a nice option. The real reason to stay here is beach access. Walk directly out onto the beach. We spent our morning drinking coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins and our evenings watching the sunset.

Great place to stay!

We loved everything about this place except that we had to drive out of our way to pick up the key and then out of our way to drop it off. We had to drive 14 hours home so it would have been easier if they would have a keyless entry system with a code. Other than that, the property was clean, decorated well, in a great location, right on the beach, close to restaurants, etc.

Perfect location!

Unbelievable location! The pool was great for a quick dip but if everyone in complex was using it at same time it got crowded. You are literally steps from the beach. The unit itself is functional but several things need to be tended to. It’s obvious the owners don’t stay here because the loose ceiling fans in bedrooms would be fixed (they squeaked and the chains rattled). The couch and chair in living room are uncomfortable; not easy to relax in. Otherwise, the privacy of the beach and the quaint area were well worth our stay!!

We had a nice time.

We had a very relaxing week. The proximity from the pool to the beach was great. Being able to go back and forth from the the pool to the beach was wonderful. The beach was very quiet with not a lot of people. There were a few things that could have been better. The check in / check out process could have been simplified instead of having to pick up and drop off keys 20 minutes away. I did see this in a review before we booked, so I was aware. The condo itself could have been cleaner along with the pool. There is a lot of wear and tear on the condo and it shows. However, this did not take away from the relaxing time we had all week.

Love the beach view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a comfortable rental with a great beach view and beach access. We loved sitting on the deck to watch the sunset, although after dark the back lights were quite bright, and could not be dimmed, making it less than romantic. The unit was clean, although decor was a bit dated. The main toilet didn't flush well, and needed plunging, although when we reported it upon leaving, the rental company said they would send someone out to fix it. The houses along the street were very close together, but the beach was not crowded. All in all, it was an ok place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this building is convenient and located on a great stretch of beach. There was new construction taking place on the neighboring lot, so a fair amount of noise (starting at 7:30AM) and dust during our stay. The unit is comfortable but poorly stocked (ie, a total of one wine glass, three mismatched glasses and two plastic cups). Both bedrooms appear to have been recently renovated and are comfortable and inviting. As a bed, the pull-out couch in the living area might be okay for small kids but too uncomfortable for an adult. Also, the unit could use another couch or a couple of additional sitting chairs. Pool area is nice and easily accessible from the unit. Overall a nice place for a vacation.

Prime location but...

Beautiful views and location but that's where nice ends. On first arrival there was sand all throughout the condo; floors, kitchen counters, furniture and piles on the 2nd floor patio and furniture. Towels were still wet in the washing machine. The are no fans in either bathroom. The master bathroom had mold all of the bottom of the shower curtain. There were earrings found on the floor and bedside table. So I'm pretty sure this unit wasn't cleaned and you can hear everything from the other 3 units. Even more to say but I ran out of room to type it.

Needs some improvement

When we arrived to obtain the keys at the rental agency, the keys were not in the lock box as we were told. We had to call the emergency number as it was after hours. About an hour later, the keys were finally left for us. Not fun after a LONG day of traveling! Once we arrived at the condo, it was a nice location on the beach, however you share the space with 3 other groups. You can hear every foot step from the condos attached. Every sneeze! And every crying kid in the middle of the night. It was not quiet and relaxing, especially at night. The kitchen is not well stocked. Hardly any glasses, and don't think about cooking! The stove is horrible. There were no cookie sheets to make cookies for santa, and 1 lid for about 6 skillets which didn't even fit! Very mis matched plates/cups/utensils. NO EXTRA bedding. No extra throw blankets, and no beach towels. No tv in either bedroom. No detergent to wash any clothes. Overall, not the best place we have rented, and with so many options to rent in this area, we won't be back.

Great beach place!!

This was a great place to stay with the family!! Perfect location with direct access to the beach. The beach area wasn’t over crowded like other areas. Sunset views every evening to die for! Rear balconies arent private but it made for great conversations and meeting new people. The only complaint I have is cleanliness. We had to immediately go buy our own mop supplies because our kid was black all over from the floors!!! Yuck. Also had to clean the sliding back glass to realize it wasn’t hazy/foggy outside. For what people pay for cleaning fees, I expect a little better. It should also be disclosed in the listing that the AC cannot be turned down below 72 degrees! We stayed cool but there were times that we wanted it cooler but due to the warnings provided, we never turned it lower in fear of freezing the unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place at the beach. The beach is clean and very comfortable for relaxing ,swimming in the warm water, runnig or walking along the beach.this area is not so busy, so you can enjoy the watching of birds like pelicans. The combo is very comfortable and we liked sitting on the balcony with the viewing to the beach and sunset.
