Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn AC back up to 74 or heat down to 65 when leaving.
Take trash with you to dump at bottom of Glenwood road.
Make sure BBQ on back deck is cleaned completely after use.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keep AC between 68-74. Do not go below 68. Keep heat between 68-74. Do not go above 74.

The property was misrepresented. It was not clean. There was an overpowering floral smell that reminded us of an attempt to cover another undesirable smell. It caused four of us inatant headaches and nausea. The window blinds are broken, the toilets filthy. Towels look as if they hsve been used. Greasy finger prints on the stove and microwave as well as grime in the refrigerator. Unknown grime on the washer, etc. We did not stay.

Towel hung as if used.

This renter contacted vrbo first and not me to try to solve issue. I had my cleaner go in right after renters left and she stated the smell was air fresher plug in. There is only one with scent for entire house. Other guests have unplugged it if it bothers them. Toilets were clean and have water deposits from well water that is 100% natural. Towels were fresh and clean as well as sheets. Cleaner stated house was spotless. Fridge does have condiments in door and most renters appreciate not having to buy mustard and ketchup for a few days or a week. I can always remove or have cleaner remove those. Blinds are broken in living room and we are aware and in process of fixing.
