Welcome to Rangeline Retreat

Welcome to Rangeline Retreat — a one-of-a-kind country western escape that blends rustic charm with modern comfort.

Perfect for family vacations, fishing trips, romantic getaways, and small gatherings, this spacious ranch property offers scenic valley views, peaceful surroundings, and plenty of room to relax. Outdoorsmen and fishermen especially appreciate the high-speed WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, spa-style bathrooms, and ample parking for boats, trailers, and extra vehicles.

Cozy up by the fire pit, enjoy yard games, sip coffee on the swing, or soak under the stars in our secluded private hot tub surrounded by quiet country views.

The Main House
Welcome to my western-inspired home at 157 Rangeline Drive.

I’ve designed this space to feel warm, inviting, and a little adventurous — with western charm and thoughtful modern touches throughout. Each bedroom has its own personality, name, and vibe to make your stay memorable:

• The Buckin’ Bronco Room – A cozy queen room with bold western flair.

• The Cactus Sunrise Room – A peaceful space with a soft desert feel and a comfortable full bed.

• The Maverick Suite – Our spacious primary suite with a king bed, crib for little ones, and rustic western elegance.

• The Rustler’s Ridge Room – A stylish queen room with rugged charm and thoughtful details.

The bathrooms are bright, clean, and fully stocked for your comfort. The kitchen is equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full family meals. In the living area, you’ll find a propane fireplace, a game table, books, and plenty of board games for cozy evenings. A full laundry room makes longer stays easy and convenient.

This home was created for rest, reconnection, and real fun — whether you’re here to relax, fish, hunt, celebrate, or simply unplug.

Mini House Add-On Option
There is also a charming separate mini house on the property with its own bedroom, small living space, and private full bathroom.

This space is available as an add-on for an additional $75 per night fee, plus a $50 cleaning fee, and must be requested before booking so we can adjust your reservation accordingly.

The mini house is ideal for:
• Grandparents or extended family

• Couples wanting extra privacy

• Wedding prep or overflow guests

• Groups needing an additional bathroom

If you’d like to include the mini house in your stay, please message before booking.

Outdoor Living
Guests have access to the entire main house, patio, yard, fire pit, grill, and hot tub.

The large patio with string lights and covered seating is perfect for gathering any time of day. Enjoy outdoor games, peaceful open views, and plenty of space to spread out.

There is abundant gravel parking with easy turnaround for trucks, trailers, and boats.

Guest Access & Privacy
Guests have full access to the home and outdoor guest areas during their stay.

There is a separate shop on the property with a small private living space where I stay part-time, as I divide my time between this property and another home. The shop and barn areas are private.

While I may be around, I always respect guests’ privacy. I’m available through messaging if needed and happy to offer local recommendations — but your space is your own.

• Small events such as weddings, birthdays, or showers require prior approval

Jamey was awesome and made sure we had everything we would need for a Thanksgiving family gathering. The house was in beautiful Kamiah, Idaho, above the Clearwater river with a view overlooking town. In the many years we’ve been renting we’ve never seen such well appointed accommodations.

We stayed for 3 nights, and were more than impressed! Jamey thought of everything we could possibly need from cocktail making set to sewing kits! I came in the evening, so it was already dark. I was stunned by the view, and the stress mwlted away! In the morning I woke up and did yoga in the backyard. The view and oneness with nature was amazing and relaxing. My kids barely used electronics! We brought a couple of adult sons a granddaughter and 4 of our other kids. All of them had a great time. It was so heartwarming to see them playing cards, Jenga, and corn hole. Even my husband played corn hole and he rarely participates. Cooking dinners and breakfast was a breeze due to the kitchen being fully stocked! I am a person that loves for things in the kitchen to make sense based on what you are doing. There was a baking station, so most of the baking things were all there. The cocktail kit was on the counter with margarita glasses, low ball, and wine glasses. The coffee maker had the coffee cups, creamer, and other supplies in the same area. I appreciate that kind of forethought, and it made things so easy to remeber where things were. I also liked the dual shower heads in the master bathroom. It makes it easy and saves time to have more than one kids take a shower at a time. The master closet is so long, our 8 year olds slept in there with plenty of room. The last day we went on a float down river. That evening we had a family dinner on the patio! Will come back next year!
