This condo is completely renovated and on a fantastic resort. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. It is minutes from the beach and in a gated community that has 5 pools, 10 tennis courts, fitness center, 18 hole golf course and much more. The unit itself has laundry facilities, screened in Lanai and Carport, cathedral ceilings,custom kitchen and granite counters. It is a great place to stay!!

Not completely renovated

Gate code didn't work. Renovation should have included walk-in shower and new carpeting. Beds were like marshmallows. Golf course and ease of playing was wonderful. Didn't use the pool, but it was very nice. Grounds were well kept. Would stay again but at a different condo.

Loved Breckenridge

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at this condo. It was easy to work with the owners and accurately represented. The resort has much to offer and all amenities were within easy walking distance. It was like living in a park because everything was well manicured. I recommend this rental to anyone.

Excellent holiday at Breckinridge Condo

My wife and I spent 2 months in this particular unit. It is an end unit that gives one extra light, very clean second(top) floor unit. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was a real bounus as one of our sons visited for a few days. This unit is also one of the few available in Breckinridge that has WiFi in the condo which is a real convenience. The unit is well appointed, clean, large and quiet and of course has a number of pools within a one minute walk.....if we returned to Breckinridge we would most certainly inquire about this condo again.
