Also featuring a full size comfortable living /dining room combo, formerly a model home, a full size kitchen with solid surfaces and a breakfast nook. Also the property features a 1 car garage to keep your car cool and dry. Within 2 minutes walk is a private neighborhood pool with furniture and a club house. If your feeling more social there is a larger pool, tennis courts, bocci courts, work out facility and clubhouse a five minute walk away. The pool features beverages, and a casual menu for your convenience. While the pub on the lower level of the club house also offers morning coffee, several lunch options and beverages. The Club house offers many amenities including a pro shop, massages, a gym, locker rooms, and fine dining on specific evenings. Also Sunday brunch. The Landscaping is meticulous and always in bloom. A lovely property in every way.

Loved our stay

This condo was perfect. I loved looking at the lake every morning with sunrise. It’s such a nature wonder out there. The Grandezza is a great place and offered a lot. And when you come back for the evening, the lighting in the house makes it so cozy. The owner was easy to contact and helped with a few things. I felt safe, refreshed ( the air always worked lol), and I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Mike. You have a hidden treasure.

We are Mike & Cindy Crawford and we love spending time in Estero Florida. There are beaches, restaurants, sporting events, shopping, and plenty of nature to enjoy. The sun is warm and usually shining so we want to share it all with you.

Why they chose this property

The Location! Minutes from the RSW Airport, Corkscrew Exit off I-75, Estero is a more recently developed area sandwiched between Ft. Myers and Bonita Springs. To our North is Gulf Coast Town Center and just south of us is Coconut Point. Within a mile, just on the other side of Ben Hill Expy. is Miramar Outlets and Germain Arena. Home to the Florida Everblades and concert venues. The Florida Gulf Coast University is close by.
The Zoning and Construction in Estero is newer and more attractive than other areas in SW Florida.

What makes this property unique

Its Paradise! While we are super convenient to all the action, it is super quiet in our condo and on our patio! We are centered within the development, and far enough away to escape the noise from I-75, and surrounding roads.
